B619ook : Dude, that's what I did. I found Moltres, looked up if I should use my master ball on it, and used it. It's no biggie. I have all the catchable legendaries for if you picked Charmander as your starter. Articuno (ultra ball), Zapdos (pokeball), Moltres (master ball), Mewtwo (ultra ball), and Suicune (ultra ball). The only one left is Mew, which is not catchable on the Vizzed Retro Game Room Pokémon games, except maybe Red, Blue and Yellow.

The link is http://serebii.net/red_green/exclusives.shtml and yes, Deoxys was a special event only Pokémon, you have to get either the Mystic Ticket or the Aurora Ticket (I forget which) but one takes you to birth island for Deoxys and the other takes you to Navel Rock for Ho-Oh and Lugia. Also, you can go on Visual Boy Advance and use Game Shark to get either the ticket needed or just enter the Deoxys Game Shark code.
