Noob has so many different meanings that it's really about how you use it.. but seeing from your original post and it's context, I'm pretty sure you're talking about someone that is using cheap tactics within a game.  It's only cheap if the game is imbalanced.  Otherwise, there's always a way around "difficult" enemy tactics.

I have a habit of looking up new games all the time instead of just enjoying the many games that I have not completed yet. :/  That definitely needs to stop but it's so easy to look up new shiny things!

Teachers who are bad at teaching.  This goes for about anything really but i'm referring to school.  It seems that qualified equals someone that has knowledge of a subject and that's about it.  It's one thing to know about a particular subject but another to effectively teach a person that subject.  I feel that teachers need a course before becoming teachers to effectively teach.

The most amount of hours that I've put into a game would have to be Minecraft.  So many possibilities and so many people play it all over the world.  Other than that, I've put an absurd amount of hours into Awesomenauts on Xbox 360.

Like most people here, I like to play the classics for fun and relive those moments.  I like to find some rare games that most people don't usually get to play because of it's price nowadays or they're hard to find.  Demon Front is one of those rare arcade games. Other than that, play some popular games that I haven't touched yet.

My all-time favorite would have to be the 4th generation with the inclusion of Super Nintendo and everything before it.  Super Nintendo had some of the best unique creative games I've ever played when I was young.  Super Mario World 1 + 2, Final Fantasy series, Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, F-Zero, Super Mario Kart, Castlevania 4, Donkey Kong Country series, Megaman X, Super Mario RPG, and A Link to the Past.  Such a great library of classics.

I like to categorize players in two different sections.  We have the hardcore and the casual.  The hardcore crowd are the players that try to learn the game inside and out without items to keep it balanced and are VERY competitive.  Casual players have fun with items on because it creates interesting situations and keeps a certain "luck" factor in the game.  Anyone can win, basically.  There is nothing wrong with either way of playing but depending on what kind of player you are... you will most likely have more fun with others of the same type.

I never got into the hardcore scene with Smash but I know quite a few people that are.  For me, either way of play is fine.

The most disappointing game for me was Fable III.  I really do like the Fable series and the 3rd adaption was the one that was going to beat the others to a pulp.  That's what they said anyway.  After getting close to the ending, I realized that it wasn't that great and it turned into a bore fest after seeing how limited your weapons and magic could go.  I'm sure others liked it but it never fully developed for me.   The co-op feature was really what killed it for me as you couldn't save the 2nd player's stuff.  Unless it was off their own account over Xbox Live.  I'm a huge couch co-op fan and so I was mislead with this feature.  Anyway, long story short... we were promised a lot of things for this game and a lot of it was missing.

I know how you feel about having access to all these games and not being able to finish one game. I'm also the same way with that unless I find a game that I really like.  I remember when I was younger... when my parents would get me a new game, it was far and between from each game I received.  I was able to beat a game because that was the newest game I had for the longest time.  Now a days, games are coming out every week and it's hard to keep up.  haha
