Pokemon has always been a charming series and Emerald version is no exception. I have always been a big fan of these games and wholly encourage people unfamiliar with them to try them out. Being the first generation to be on the GBA the graphics really improved and the tunes still have that wholesome Pokemon feel. The story in these games has always been secondary to me but do not take away from any of the fun. These games can take a long time to complete entirely but they aren't difficult to master. Just be careful to not become too addicted, it is easy to go on a Pokemon binder. Good luck have fun.
