warmaker : A kiss is like... Smoking, your first time won't be as great as you expect. But for me, it really did live up to expectations. You just feel a connection that you never felt before, that you went up to the next level and that you were ready to take it on. The kiss itself was pretty awkward, I mean, even she said ' That was weird... But a good weird. You know?' and I just had to agree with that.

endings : I thank you too much for giving me your honesty. Perhaps I did go haywire with the comedy and the jokes and I can tell it was too much. I've just been listening to a lot of feedback from the reviews I did a year ago. Some said be funny, some daid be artistic, make your own style and some said be detailed. I decided to mash all their ideas up into obe review and I created this.

Whilst writing about the depth, if I can be honest with you, I had writers block. Incredible enough, after a few slabs of writing to do with jokes, personal ideas the game itself, I just when blank on the Depth part of my review.

I still thank you once more for giving me your opinion on my review! I really hope in the future you'll continue to read my reviews and see how they gradually will get better with the newfound ideas which I'm gaining from the people who read this review, such as yourself.

gamerforlifeforever2 : Thanks a lot Bro, really appreciate it. Took me a while to actually make this review and it's said to be one of many to come. Be sure to check out my future reviews in the many games I'll do next! Also, thanks for the tip! Oh, and could you please tell me the things that you liked more about it? Such as the comedy/insults? The way it was structured? Feedback is a really great way of making me a better reviewer.

I'm guessing all of us already have had that one kiss that lingered for months before noticing that it finally stopped. But, I just want to know, and I'm guessing other people want to know your personal love story, of your first kiss! What I mean by FIRST kiss is your first kiss in a relationship with a Guy/Girl/Trans/Animal/Insert-Anything-Else-Here.

I'll start us off! ~Clears throat~
I was 7... Nah, I'm joking. My first kiss happened when I was 12, she was a beauty. I mean, yeah I was still in primary school ( Think of a school that starts at 1st grade to around 6th or 7th grade, for Americans) and it was around the last day of school. She was a blonde, not hot, but pretty. I mean, the type of girl you could have a relationship with. It was just... Incredible, I mean, we weren't even dating then, we were just best friends, but we had one incredible kiss that changed it all. It felt... Incredible, like, it gave me chills down my spine to believe this was actually happening. We kissed in some dark alley in my primary school and it truly felt like one of the greatest things in the world. I mean, 2 years later, it turns out she doesn't want a relationship, but yeah, the kiss was great!!!

What about you guys? I'm all ears!

So, today begins my quest of becoming a reviewer on Vizzed and what better way to start it with Square's break through of a game which created a small little franchise on the original Final Fantasy series. Now, who am I to talk about the mighty Square? Just one of their customers, and like everybody knows, the customer is always right. Well, usually. Now, Final Fantasy, as we know it, is considered as a turn-based RPG, especially for the retros. I mean, apart from the newer Final Fantasy's (or is it Fantasies....? ._.) such as Final Fantasy XV, all of them are pretty much turn-based, strategic RPGs with the main role of fighting through hordes of monsters, taking XP from the said monsters to make you stronger and to level up and master new techniques which will aid you in your quest to save the world or kill everybody or whatever Square thinks of at the last minute. "Oh, how about this!" Says Square. "We get an RPG, make them move like pieces on a chessboard, give them special attacks to make it fun and allow the user to change 'Jobs' to make him learn even more techniques!" Oh wow, that's brilliant Square, I mean, are you positive that you're not mixing up Advance Wars with Final Fantasy? "Nope! This is totally original!" Yeah, I heard that the people who made Ogre tactics - Knight of Lodis said the same thing. "AND WE'LL BEGIN THE STORY WITH A KID GETTING TRANSPORTED INTO A MAGICAL WORLD! " ... You've out done yourself there Square. Now, onto the Review.

I give this game
8.2 out of 10.

It's not a bad game! Not bad at all, in fact, it was quite intriguing. Any who, let's just begin the review!

Graphics : Giving it an 8!

Did I have a problem with this games graphics? No, and I think Square also has no problem with the graphics as they used the same graphics for the original Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSX for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for GBA. I mean, if you want to develop a game, please make sure that you don't use the same graphics for the sequel.... I guess it is a sequel? Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyways, the graphics were good for GBA, has a bit of polish and a bit of innovation on the side, but overall, it's just a plate filled with originality, and I'm saying originality in a bad way, not good. Yes, making a games graphics original is good, but it just can't be the same. I would do a Call of Duty joke here, but I think that's repetitive.......... That deserves a massive applause. Give me a reward for the best joke in Vizzed this instant!

Sound : Giving it a 7!

The sound really has its RPG element intertwined with the dominating music of exploration to the Happy-Go-Lucky stops at the bar to the Grab your Sword and Shield type of music as you begin your battle. But as I said in most games, sound is usually the very first thing that pushes you away from the game. The music is good, don't get me wrong! But I think if it keeps repeating the same tune over and over again, it deadens the game significantly. You can't really expect much music wise for retro consoles, the SEGA chant at the beginning of the Genesis version of Sonic the Hedgehog took 1/8th of the cartridge's space, and that's just an Intro.

Addictiveness? : Giving it a 7!

There are 4 types of games in the world.
The game in which when it's over, it's over! Just complete the game already and throw it in the bin with the stash of unfinished Nachos, your old rusty keyboard and your pirated copy of Golden Axe - Beast Rider. The game in which you just play it again to get all the achievements. You know, you just wanna get everything before throwing it also in a bin. Or, if it's worthy enough, sell it. Another kind is the type of game in which you'd repeat in once you're bored, you know, just playing it for the LOLs and for the great banter around it, even though there actually isn't any banter at all. And finally, the type of game that pulls you in to win everything you can! Didn't get that X Ultra 2000 Beast Killing Blade of Fury? Grab your sword, hack 'n' slash until you get around 2 million coins and unlock that little wooden stick! This game, luckily, is the 3rd type of game that I described. You know, you keep it around in the drawer beneath your gaming set and take it out to play it for a few hours, just to have a bit of fun.

Story : I think it's time to insult Square in any way possible! Giving it a 8!

Let me just get a hold of the story before giving Square my personal banter! Boy called Marche Radiuju ( Or 'whatever you want his name to be' Radiuju) who is the new kid at the school known as St. Ivalice which is inside the town of Ivalice. Not cliche at all. Anyways, he befriends 2 kids in his new school, Ritz and Mewt who both have their own personal problems. Ritz's real hair color is white and she pretty much gets bullied for it, but her tomboy lifestyle does speak out for itself, Mewt is being bullied.... A lot. Mainly because he's incredibly small and, well, puny. Oh, and his dad is out of work.. Marche just fits the puzzle all together as he has a pretty rough-ish lifestyle. Being the new kid and having a handicapped brother really isn't great, is it? Anyways, all 3 of them, with Marche's brother, Doned (I think that's his name...), read a book which is ironically called Final Fantasy. Anyways, they get transported to the world of Final Fantasy in the country, not town, of Ivalice. Oh, and if that's not bad enough, Marche and his clan (Which he joins in with a Moogle called Montblanc) gets attacked by hordes of creatures of that place in which he must slay, Ritz has her own clan for some reason and Mewt becomes the prince of Ivalice. So, the story basically goes to say, Marche wants to go back home, so he has to destroy some crystals to break the rope between the fantasy world and the real world. Not confusing at all. Square isn't a bad company, but the story was so predictable that even my nephew, aged 3, could understand his mission before he even saw the crystals which control the world. "Hey guys, I'm the Square chairman, I've got a new idea for a Final Fantasy game! Let's just do the same thing we do for every game! Make it about 1 or a band of main characters who have to destroy something in order to get what they truly want in their life!!! Genius, isn't it?" No Square, it's what you do in every game. Give them a task, complete the task, guess what? You win! Now just free roam until you bore your brains out!

Depth : Giving it an 8!

The Final Fantasy series are always filled with depth. Even though the story is quite repetitive, it goes on to actually create such a dramatic atmosphere, filled with detail. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance? Well, it's not as deep as the other Final Fantasy's. Yes, it does make you feel emotional after seeing that all Mewt wants is to be happy, but that doesn't really give it depth! Good story does not equal perfect depth, but it did go deep enough for a younger age RPG.

Difficulty? : 7. Just 7.

If you've read my reviews before, you must have seen how in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon : Red Rescue Team I did not save my game and I am not the type of person who saves the game whilst they're enjoying it. So, I did the exact same thing with FFTA and guess what happened? Marche died at the very first few missions, game over. I had to flip my keyboard like one of those memes, fury and outrage controlled me. But, hey! That's what you get when you don't save! See, I said the very FIRST few missions, your characters have low HP but pretty strong attacks for a person just starting off. It did tick me off that missions could get annoying with the incredible amount of huge monsters who have attacks with 1-hit KO's but luckily, I always have a white mage by my side. Anyways, the difficulty in this game slightly moves it on the right, between a Core game and a Hardcore game. Basically, if there was a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being casual and 10 being hardcore, this'll easily get a 5. Maybe a 6 if the game annoyed you that much.

Well, that's it for my review! Overall, I'd say the 8.2 out of 10 is a fair review! This game wasn't perfect but it wasn't far from reaching perfection! It's a good game for people who like a bit of plot and just want to power-up before moving to the next part of the story, just in case of not saving and death... Legit, I had 1 mission, fighting 4 Dragon-like monsters, they insta-killed my whole clan, had to restart the whole game AGAIN! -.- Trust me, this game will annoy you in certain times!

Anyways, please give me a comment of how good I did for my review! Criticize me if you want! This is the first time I've done a review in about a year and I've finally learnt from my mistakes! If you like the review, give me a 5 star rating! My quest to becoming a Trusted member or an Elite will never end!

Thanks, and be sure to follow me and get updated on my next reviews! Anyways, time to go play some more retros! ^.^

epicpokenerd!:

Respect, Pokenerd, because i'm also Bi, so I can put myself in your position!
Alright this is my advice. You need to speak to the man ( Or woman ) who you are currently dating. If he or she knew that you think that you both are drifting apart then both of you have to really talk to each over. A really deep conversation which will hold the future of your relationship.

Secondly, the guy that you noticed in your band class seems like a nice guy. Really sounds like a good catch. But like I say to every single person who is afraid to ask the question ( HERE IT COMES! ), your not afraid of asking the question, YOUR AFRAID OF THE RESPONSE/REACTION! But first to really ask the question you already need to start a relationship which is higher than the Acquaintance level. Like a budding friendship. But don't flirt until you really know that your relationship with the other guy or girl is in shambles. So I really hope that you choose the right decision.

Again, I'm saying this just for advice and not trying to force you. But whatever you choose, I wish ya good luck

Yeah the awkwardness is probably the worst feeling that happens when you ask a girl out.
It's true that you need to know the girl/ be friends with her to really get the best opportunity/ chance.
Again, asking the question is what we're not afraid of. It's the response.
Men aren't scarred to ask, they're just scarred of the rejection. But yeah it's better if you know the girl than to just ask out a complete stranger.

Ahh! I see your going for the singing option. That only works if you are good at singing so you better be.
Since your American ( No Offence ) I have no idea's how girls there are like so this is gonna be a bit harder for me.
So if i'm correct your 9th grader trying to pick up a 11th grader who is basically 2-3 years older than you...
In loads of films ( movies ) you see that the unexpected guy gets the girl, but of course that's not really true.
The songs that your going to sing sounds 100% gay so it will probably work.
In the UK if you want a girl to like you, you gotta have guts... And a lot of them. Girls here are either 100% smart or 100% stupid. You just gotta know which is which.
Find out the girls personality. And then befriend her. If a 9th grader can date a 6th grader than your chance with the 11th grader is likely. But again don't rely on me. I just try to help.
Singing songs won't bring home the fish ya know. You gotta be aggressive! Intimidating! Wild! You gotta make her take the bait.

Remember that this is only advice. If it doesn't work then sorry. But if it does remember to thank me or thank the forum for helping you.

Tell me how it goes

Keronian_wolf:

Your making a really mature decision...
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe to mature.
You admit that your shy, anti-social and too young to date, but even though you might be all of these... You could still get her.
I respect your decision but the problem is that sometimes you gotta take the cheese before another mouse gets it! ( Sorry about that... a bit cheesy... XD )
You like the girl. Great! You want to date the girl? Great! Your gonna wait until college? 50/50!
Imagine if another guy takes her before you get the chance? That's where I also failed on getting a girl that I liked many years ago (1 Year ago).
It's great that your being incredibly mature about this girl and how you want to wait, but if another guy snatches her up he might keep her!

Like I said, this thread is about advice. I'm not trying to force you or anything, but I am warning you... If another guy takes her before you do, then you really have to hope that she's not your... One.

zerothesaint : I'm gonna be honest, for me Megaman used to be my favorite. He used to be the greatest until Zero came along, basically it's the same thing that happened to Sonic The Hedgehog when Shadow came along. Everybody loved Sonic but then when there was a new hero (And villain) who looks like Sonic but even better, everybody loved him. Megaman used to be most peoples favorites until Zero came. Overall (This is my opinion) Megaman was quite better than Zero, Megaman has the best cannon, best suits and the best armor. I think people loved Zero more because of his blade and appearance while Megaman who does not look as cool as Zero actually has some better items than him.

All of us

( Who did play most Megaman games )

Know who X And Zero are...

But it's time to face the fact.

And Choose....  Which One

Is

The

BEST!

WHO WILL YOU CHOOSE?!

Megaman?

The most awesome PET in the world with the greatest cannon?

Zero?

The epic fighter using an epic electric blade?

Who wins?

You Decide....

sonic23: Sonic, like I said to many others, don't be scared. I know how hard it is to ask someone out but your life is going to be even harder, always regretting that moment. Trust me. When the time comes you have 3 choices.

Walk towards her. look her straight in the eye and say the 7 words "i really want to go out/date you" (50% Chance)

The Nice Guy Tactic. (ONLY WORKS IF SHE'S YOUR FRIEND!) Talk to her. Do a bit of friendly flirts. Maybe a few pick up lines ( I got loads if you want ). And then use the 1st choice 7 words. She may think it's a joke at first but then you can do either these 2 things. Kiss her or Repeat the same thing but say that you mean it. ( 90% Chance )

The last one is The Shy Guy. ( The Hardest One Of All). You have to pretend your the odd one out. Sit in the corner, talk to a few mates, do whatever floats your boat. If The Shy Guy works ( 5 to 30% Chance), You will be with that girl by the end of homecoming! But you actually have to be shy for it to work and remember, it usually fails.

If you don't use any of these then... it looks like there won't be a good chance for a date.

1. Golden Sun
2. Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire
3. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
4. Yu Gi Oh GX Duel Academy
5. Megaman Battle Network (All Of Them)

You   MAY include Hacks.
You are allowed to say as many GBA RPG games if you want, but it always has to be in a list.

MechaMento : Aye, I know what your saying mate, as I too have finished year 8 a while ago and now going to year 9. The question is the hardest thing to do, you REALLY need the guts to ask a girl out. Many men do the same thing that you do. It's not the question that scares them though... It's the answer! Guys usually have that nervous feeling because of the girls response. If you want advice, since me and you are alike, my advice is to ignore what websites say. Be gutsy and ask her out!... When I was in primary I used to like this girl a lot and i'd say that she liked me. The final day of year 6 came and I was just about to ask her out until I had the worst feeling ever... Like I just got shot. At that moment I said i was going to play some Football with my mates, to my dismay she looked really upset... I just found out that she liked me...

Dude, never (Many Ever inserted here), be shy to ask a girl out that you liked for ages. When the time comes and you both go your separate ways you will regret that day for most (Or the rest) of your life.
