Hmm I would have to say either a normal type gym that holds double battles because I know a few great strategies
My team would be a Blissy with toxic in its move set, a Ditto, a Porygon-Z and a Sawsbuck.

The problem here is that it can be several pokemon you make your riddles to indefinite there are approximately  120 blue pokemon that not many people use but still are pretty powerful five for example
it could be: Tentacool, Manaphy, Shellos, Shinx or Jumpluff

use shadow ball then use an ice beam to freeze nugget's Serperior. 
Now lets just completely overkill the whole thing and use blizzard and then fire blast
I think Serperior is KO'd but just in case hit it with a couple more ice beams

I have had many great teams (or so I thought.) But the question is a little vague I mean you don't specify, do you mean full team or something like single battle or double battle team 
my best full team has probably been a Charizard, a Sceptile, a Rayquaza, a Lucario, a Dragonite and a Ninetails
but my best double battle team is my Lucario and Dragonite backed up by Charizard and Rayquaza 
sadly both can be trounced by a friend of mine who uses a Blissy, an Umbreon , a Polygon-Z, and I don't think I have seen the rest of his team
