For whatever reason, beyond all logic, the START and SELECT button's functions are swapped. SELECT pauses while START brings up a menu. Use LEFT AND RIGHT to choose the item and press START again to close it.

Knowing from personal experience from when I was a lot younger: There are not 10 million games in there (as you go on, more numbers are skipped), many entries are repeats, the games on the cart are more prone to glitching, all multicarts like this are unlicensed (I wonder how they got past the 10NES chip), do not pass go, and do not collect $200.

For me, the difficulty in Zelda II was fake. You have unexpected annoyances EVERYWHERE.

(I THINK I ACCIDENTALLY POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG BOARD, SORRY)

Hello.

I do not know if it is just me as I do have the latest Java and use Google Chrome, but you have VNES (the best Java NES emulator ever!) listed as recommended for the English translation of Fire Emblem.

When I attempt to play it with VNES, most of the time it will not load. Yes, I did clear the Java cache. When it does load, the text is messed up and shows overworld tiles instead of... well... anything legible. This makes me have to resort to the greatly inferior NESCafe emulator, with it's horrible framerate, stretched screen, and slight coloring issues.

Vizzed, are you able to look into this? It happens on my laptop and regular desktop.

I can't get specifications right now, but the desktop is Windows Vista SP2 and the laptop is Windows 7 SP1.

The Fire Emblem games have ton of replay value, like other Strategy RPGs. However, I think Fire Emblem has more because it was either the first or one of the first SRPGs.

If you allowed 3DS games, I would have said Mario Kart 7. Mario Kart DS was fun until I got 7, which was a lot better.

I think these games are complete trash and are excessively overrated:
-Modern Warfare 2
-Modern Warfare 3
-The entire Halo series
-Any first-person shooter ever made

These I enjoy but are overrated
-Final Fantasy VII (feel free to kill me)
-Final Fantasy VI (same thing)
-New Super Mario Bros. series
-Ocarina of Time (look above)

I think it may be fake as the text boxes look very 16-bit. That portrait is too good for NES graphics.

Unfortunately, Nintendo is not going to make a new MOTHER game. The creator (I think his name is Itoi) had said he doesn't want to make another.

Though it was two games attached together, I think Sonic 3 and Knuckles was the best of the trilogy. The zones were inspired and expansive with a boss at the end of every stage. Blue Sphere took me a while to get used to.

I think Tidus was the worst. At the beginning I was begging for the guy to push him off the bridge when he was barely holding on. I'm tired of his voice and I'm pretty sure many others are. Along with the extremely linear path, these are the reasons why I hate Final Fantasy X so much!

The first I had ever beaten was the DS remake of Final Fantasy III, which was quite difficult because I later found out that the remake was much harder than the original Famicom/NES version. My final job classes were a Ninja, Geomancer, Sage, and Summoner.

Other than the great amount of glitches and bugs in Final Fantasy I, I think it has aged fine. It is just that most of the music tracks in my opinion are not that memorable and that I hate how Astos (I think that is what he is called) has a high chance of killing a party member as I like having equal experience point gains.

I enjoy handheld games more than the current generation consoles' games. Why? The Wii is dead (which I own, but the idea of downloading classics for a few dollars each was awesome), 60 dollars is expensive for a game, I am pretty sure on-disc DLC is common (why pay more for what you already have?), and the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games are always the same. Other than horror and shooters (especially first-person), there isn't much. Though the 3DS library sucks (but it is a little better than launch), the DS library and the eShop have a wide variety of genres to choose from AND although I'm not a person for remakes, many on the 3/DS are outstandingly created (I'm not just talking about Ocarina of Time) and are worth buying.

I prefer the classic Final Fantasy games (I-VII) over the Pokémon series as I enjoy the traditional RPG approach and difficulty over the easiness and how different Pokémon is. Also, Generation I (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow) has more bugs than pretty much any other game except Ultimate Mortal Kombat III for the Genesis.

I prefer Fire Emblem. It is a well-made strategy RPG that was awesome even though it took seven installments and Super Smash Bros. Brawl to have it come over here.
