I would have to go with Squirtle. He's not typically my favorite Pokemon, but for a real life pokemon, a cute turtle that (can) wear glasses, and can shoot out bubbles in the sky, use water gun, and is all around fun to play with. Squirtle would be a good choice opposed to a Snorlax or Onix or Charizard.

(But another thing you would have to consider is the FBI coming and taking away your Pokemon for alien activity and obvserving it, maybe even take you in with your Pokemon, since you were the owner of the thing in the first place.)

hudson.0u: Well, I couldn't change anything in the games as far as controls. usually, I see if it will work with different plugins, and if that doesn't work, I uninstall and re-download the RGR one and see if I can change them then.

Eddy88 : I only downloaded whatever plugin's where linked onto the page to play the games. Is there a way you could link me to the download? I really want to start playing Gameboy games again.

Thanks~

The first game I played on here was Pokemon Fire Red. I was so happy I could play it, and spent a good 4 hours on it.
I wanted to play it because I never had the chance to play any gameboy games, my oldest gaming system was a Gamecube actually.

Now I can't even play firered, the controls are messed up.

I went into Pokemon Fire Red and i went to skip through the intro by pressing [Enter] and it worked. The arrow pad works to select an option, but when I pressed Z or X, nothing happened? So i double clicked the screen, and none of the controls were changed. So I tried again, nothing. I tried to change the A button (X) to maybe C or something, but THAT didn't even type in. I know I had to re-download the vizzed plugin because if the 2.0 or something.

Why is this happening? What can I do to fix it?

(EDIT): I tried using mednafan, but it doesn't have my save from the RGR plugin! Plus, something pops up saying "The 1MB isnt installed" or whatever.

Tecmo Bowl

Information: Tecmo Bowl is a NES football game! It is one of the first games I believe that referred to real teams, (Not the names, but the cities) instead of just 2-4 generic teams. The reason why it can't use the real names of the team, is because of copyright. But however, they were allowed to use the real names of the cities. It was one of the first to do so, and to have so many teams!

Overall: Overall, I gave this game a 9. Now, you may say "Oh, the game isn't good at all!" for one of the reasons that you can't get a grip on the controls, you don't like football, maybe you don't like the NES compared to the "PS3" or "XBOX360" period. But this is darn good for a NES game. Everything works right, there are good grapchics for the NES, I love the sound effects and music, it is addictive if you are a fan of football, and there are A LOT of teams to face.  I gave this game a 9/10 overall, because it's quite fun once you get the hang of it. Below are more in-depth to the specific details.

Graphics: Once again, if you say the graphics aren't good, look at all the 8-BIT games that were coming out at the time. I know they were meant to be 8-BIT, but these graphics hold out good for a NES game. You also need to note that the animations work and run smoothly as the characters run, the ball flies, etc. I gave these graphics a 9/10, just read above again if you haven't understood why already.

Sound: The sound I don't see any real flaw in. If you don't like the sound, it's probably either the QB hiking or the crowd cheers. I don't see any other "flaws" other then those. Which really aren't flaws to begin with. There is honestly nothing else to say, except that I rated it 10/10.

Addictiveness: I could honestly play this for hours without getting bored, because sports games never really do get old to me. But once you consider in the fact that, yes there are only 4 plays for most teams, and yes football does get repetitive, it might not be as addicting to some people. I, really, could play for 2-3 hours going through to the championship, but others will not agree. For that, I'll rate it an 8.5/10.

Depth:
The game itself really only goes so far as to what you can do. There is a single player, where you play football, a multiplayer where you can play with a friend, and there is a coach option, where you manage a team! But, I haven't been able to click and expirement with anything other than single player, because vizzed doesn't allow me to scroll down on the main menu. Back on topic, though, with the limited amount of things you can do, even though it has a long way to the championship, I'm only going to rate depth 7.5/10.

Difficulty: I'm not going to lie, the game is actually really hard starting up, and hard as your playing through. The controls take some getting used to, and on top of that, every time you throw a ball, it gets intercepted if you threw it to someone that's even slightly covered. And on running plays, it's based 80% on luck. I wanted to rate this a 7, maybe 6.5'ish out of 10, because I'm good at it, other people are too. But the majority of people will get frustrated with it. So for that, 8/10 on difficulty.

--- Well this was my review on Tecmo Bowl, really fun game, I love oh so much! Reply below on how I did, and how YOU like the game! ---

I go into the Retro Game Room and I can't see ANY games? I also tried to search for games but no games show up.
Is this happening for anyone else? And if not, what can I do to fix it?

(Also, I was looking for a NES football game, if I can't fix this problem, can someone link me to one?)
Thanks!

i like it the way it is, I haven't been on vizzed for too long, but I've gone quite fond of the background. It isn't too bright that you get a headache, or too dark that you can't see anything.

Opinions.

I figured I'd just go ahead and use the vizzed one instead of my good old hypercam.
It's been about 3-4 minutes, and usually my internet speed isn't slow.

"Basically, you just smash the A button and whack enemies." No, you also have to walk around.
"You collect items." It's an adventure game, what do you expect? To have your rich mommie supply you with everything before you set off?
"A boring SNES, no surprise." No, just no.
"I hate this game!" Reasons, please.
Then he names his character "FAP."

I agree, this guys has no experience once so ever, and is a terrible game reviewer.

Very nice review. I agree that any DBZ can be VERY addictive. I own one currently for the PS3, called "Dragonball Raging Blast 2." I've also owned many many other ones as well.

The sound I would personally give a 7, mainly because it IS a bit repetitive as you stated a lot of GBA games do.

Does it really have much of a story? I've played one where it's not a story at all, just new fights and levels and such.

Anyway, nice review

"The graphics and sound are not exactly changed at all. All of both are just the defaults that come programmed into the game, so it wouldn't take much skill to make this in Lunar Magic. Moving on..."

Hmm, I agree. This would make a difference (major one in my opinion, I find that a game with creepy graphics and sounds are scary no matter what the story line or plot is.) And using the defaults and already in game sounds makes it seem more 'familiar' in a way to the original game itself, making the whole thing less scary then it is.

Has anyone else played this on vizzed? I've always wanted to play at least ONE Final Fantasy series game, and I've always head that number 7 was the best. I 'rented' it with my vizzed points and it's AMAZING!

Anyone else love the Final Fantasy series?

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
