Help I just want to know. I play Pokémon Soul silver and the route to the fifth gym I ran into a Pokémon battle.
But different music was playing and it was ENTEI level 40. Is this a bug or glitch because I didn't have any cheats on.
PS I couldn't catch it I only had great balls net balls and 1 fast ball
Has anyone else experienced this? I find it strange and annoying.

Magikarp is my least favourite because it only knows splash attack that does NOTHING untill level 15 but its attack is still low.
and another reason is because its got to be level 20 untill it evolves.Same goes for feebas.
