Attention! Before reading please be aware that this topic may be prone to Spoilers. If you haven't watched the show or are just getting into it and don't want to have the series ruined before you can watch it, this may not be the topic for you. When posting please be considerate of other members who have an interest in the discussion but may not want to know the future! Please add a little warning to your post if it contains any spoilers so users have the choice of whether to read on or turn back. Thank you very much! Season two I think it is, of Grimm aired last night and it is the first time I've seen the series. I was a little lost since I haven't watched the series before this and there seems to be quite a few things in terms of plot development I missed, so I'm currently catching up on the first season. I'm not really sure what to think of it yet in it's entirety, I like it but at the same time I'm a little reserved with it until I've seen some more progression into the storyline. I don't mind the effects either. The way they portray the transformation of the creatures is well done. I think the plot is decent enough but the character development seems a little lacking to me. Granted I'm only four episodes into the first season now. So far I'm really just glad that it's a somewhat original concept in terms of a lot of the recycled shows we see on the Television these days. I have watched quite a few titles that focus on the supernatural, monster hunter type ideas but in my opinion Grimm brings a fresh face to the mix and they're doing it in a way that isn't riding the coattails of every other series of the genre. It's an episodic Crime Drama with a supernatural twist and I don't think it's one to put down yet. Sometimes I find it a little cheesy but that's not entirely bad is it? Frankly I also find the "Big Bad Wolf" and human detective scenario very amusing. The cases they try to solve every episode are also very intriguing to me. I'm not really finding much to dislike about the series so far. It's a humorous show with a darker side that compliment each other well I like to think. What are your opinions and thoughts on Grimm? Do you like how it is turning out in terms of plot, character development, visual effects, and the feel of the show in general? Or just anything else you would like to share, feel free to do so. I look forward to others opinions on it. I'm not worried about spoilers as I'll be catching up on the first season today so don't hold back from your reviews of the show. Just remember other users may not be the in the same mindset so make sure to add a little warning before you get into it for anyone who doesn't want to have it spoiled for them too much before they can get to it. I'll reply back when I can, I'm going to get a leg up and watch a few more episodes! ![]() Season two I think it is, of Grimm aired last night and it is the first time I've seen the series. I'm a Huge Metal Gear Solid Fan. I love the series and replay them at every chance I get. I also really liked Rogue Galaxy. It never seemed that popular around the area I live but I had a lot of fun with it anyways. |

First some explaining, I have two Cats. They have a bowl of dry food and along with that they each get half a can of wet food every night. When it's time for their wet food, which I generally tend to feed them around six o'clock-ish, I'll yell "Din Din!" And they'll come running from whichever part of the house they're in. They will come barreling into the kitchen and will stand up on their back legs like a bear would do and start meowing. I think it's the cutest and funniest thing they do. I always enjoy feeding them their dinner at night. It's always a good laugh! |

My answer is absolutely! I currently have two Cats and they could never be anything else but family. When you get a pet it's usually as a companion. How you could not grow attached to it as family always blows my mind when I see people neglecting their pets or abusing them. And animals are intelligent, very intelligent. They will talk back to you if you say something directly at them, open doors/cupboards/etc. They listen to commands, can sense what type of a mood you're in among numerous other things! They're reliant upon you as an owner and they know it. When you have this kind of a relationship with a pet you're already family in my opinion. It's like having a little brother or sister. |

I'd have to say one of my favorite Artists is Stevie Nicks, and Fleetwood Mac is probably my favorite band of all time hands down. Stevie Nicks voice melts my ears. Can't go wrong~ |

Well as stated above the Gameboy was a portable system! What is better than being able to play games while out and about? I loved walking to school, taking a break and getting my fix in before going to class, then after school was out doing the same thing on my way home. Better yet, they were small enough to fit just about anywhere. They weren't heavy or bulky, and carrying around the accessories, games, and everything else you figured you would need wasn't a big deal either. It was easily accessible and just plain fun. It's my opinion that the reason Gameboys were such a big hit includes the portability and overall the games that were made for them. A handheld gaming system is just useless piece of equipment without games to compliment it. So the next biggest thing that helped the Gameboy make it in my opinion would have to be the game developers. Without the developers we would have missed out on a lot of fun experiences. I still have my Gameboy Color, and my advanced that I use from time to time. They never get old and I don't think they will, at least not to me. |

I have tried quite a bit of the Anti-Virus software out there. Among them I found KasperSky, Trend Micro Security, and AVG to be among the best. Currently I'm running Trend because It is what I'm most familiar with but my second most choice would have to be KasperSky. If you're looking for a decent Anti-Virus look into those two, they won't disappoint. |

@Brenman213 - Thank you very much. I have been exploring a little bit and browsing through some of the titles in the Retro Game Room. See you around!
@Seishiro - Yeah I told you I can ramble sometimes haha! I don't really plan on doing anything for this TdV although I'll still be posting now and again. I will likely try to jump in when the next one comes around that way I can get a decent start. It sounds like it is a lot of fun though so I'm looking forward to the next opportunity. Howdy Seishiro Leonhart, Happy to make your acquaintance! I have many fond memories of those games. Mario of course is an all time favorite of mine as is the Zelda Series! I had a wonderful time with a few different games in the series and they've earned a spot on my top 10 easily. The only Zelda game I really ever disliked was Majora's Mask. Mega Man is another game I loved although I never had the chance to play as much as I would have liked, it seems I can get a second chance with it while I'm here. Metal Gear is in my top 5, I own just about every Metal Gear game released, and I'm still working on that collection. Yeah I understand that, I've used emulators in the past but it's much easier to play a lot of these classics thanks to Vizzed now. It's hard to find a lot of older games these days unless you use emulators. I've looked around for old systems and games and have had some luck buying them, but the selection as you can imagine, is not very good or is generally overpriced. I used to own both a PlayStation 3 and an Xbox 360. They're both great consoles, and have had a few great games. I loved Guitar Hero. I can't remember exactly which one I bought but it was one of the first ones that came out, I spent a good weekend nonstop playing. The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion was an awesome game as well that I thoroughly enjoyed. After getting rid of the Xbox I went out and bought it for the PC and still replay it over and over to this day. I've tried a little bit of Skyrim but I haven't had a chance to play through it in much detail yet. Little Big planet is also a favorite of mine from the newer generation consoles. My buddies and I have had countless laughs and parties focused around that game. I loved the PS1 and PS2, those were good times to me. Lots of content, decent games, and at the time, it was just an all around console that performed amazingly.
Thank you for the praise! I try to make anything I post on a forum readable and generally try to keep it fairly organized. As you can probably tell by now I am very word heavy with my posts. I usually try to keep them short and to the point for their context but I ramble a lot I've found. I plan to be somewhat active on the forums. I really like forums in the first place and it's always been a great way to feel out what the community will be like. Yeah, I've been earning Viz slowly but surely. I think I've caught up on most of the basic procedure so far with taking the quiz, visiting different parts of the site, rating games, referring, etc. I've done a bit of forum browsing so far and will continue looking through things and posting where I think a response would be a good addition to the thread. I appreciate the rundown on everything as well. I've looked over part of the FAQ and what not and there is a lot of information to take in and digest. I'm not worried about trolls, they're a part of the Internet and I've had my fair share of contact with them, they're pretty much all the same, if they can't get a rise out of you they'll leave it well enough alone or in some cases have fun talking to themselves. Again, thanks for everything and I look forward to hearing from you again! -CF Thank you for the praise! Hello and nice to meet you as well. Thank you I'll look into the chat feature very soon! I am still trying to get my bearings as there is a lot of content and things to look through but I plan on sticking around for a bit so hopefully It'll all come in time. So far I'm very impressed with everything and to put it all in simple terms I feel like a kid who just got a new toy. Everything really looks great and I foresee a lot of good experiences while I'm here. There are a mighty amount of things to do and only so many hours in a day haha. Well thanks for the reply and I look forward to seeing you around. Take care!

Howdy folks, I'm CountryFried and I am new to the world of Vizzed. I found this site while looking around the Internet for classic games and so far it looks like everything I could ever need is right here in one place. I was a huge gamer during my Childhood, when I would get home from school the first thing I would do usually included grabbing a snack, a bottle of soda, and turning on the Nintendo. I decided to register on Vizzed because of all the titles I remember playing as a child and it has given me a great feeling of nostalgia. Some of my favorite games from back then included Mario, Zelda, Starfox, Chrono Trigger, and I'll admit, I had a lot of fun with the Batman games. I've owned quite a few gaming systems and accessories in my time. Super Nintendo, N64, a plethora of Gameboys among others including some newer generation consoles. I have to say out of all of them, I prefer the older games and systems much more than those of today's generation. I have nothing against newer consoles, there have been a lot of improvements in the last 10 years, but it goes back to the happy memories I had as a child and the great experiences I had with many of the games! That's about all I can think of right now so I guess if anyone feels like they would enjoy a walk down memory lane or just say hello I look forward to it and I'll try to reply as soon as I'm aware of it! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me a little bit better. I hope I have the same opportunity. -CF I'm CountryFried and I am new to the world of Vizzed.
