Nothing was opened during the dl. I fixed it by downloading a previous version then upgrading the older version from there. 

I apologize if this thread is in the wrong location and I appreciate any help I can get.

I moved recently and bought a new computer. I am trying to download the latest version of the emulator plugin and midway through the download I get a message that reads "The cabinet file '_CCC355097DFFC5EF34B62C5D86178557' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this packet."

Now, normally I would locate the corrupt file, fix it, re-download the installation and try again. However, this is a brand new computer and when I scanned and searched for any corrupted files, there were none. Also, I re-downloaded Vizzed Retro Game Room to see if the packet was messed up and the same message appeared. 

Is there something obvious I am missing? I downloaded the credentials and stuff and the .msi is current and up to date.
