@epic ryan - Raikou may run away, but you just hafta catch it before it does Just like an Abra. Right?

I use this save state abuse method a lot to catch pokemon. It isn't really time-consuming for me. I once did this to catch a Raikou at full health in a Pokemon hack(ruby destiny)... It's a quick method in my opinion. Use speed-up. R2. If fails, R4. If fails, R4. Simple, easy, and quick.
