I like all the Pokémon from the first two generations.
My favorites are:
10. Gardevoir (with Synchronise)
9. Clefable (with Metronome)
8. Lucario (Always, esp. W/ Aura Sphere)
7. Chandelure
6. Charizard (So awesome!)
5. Blastoise (So good!)
4. Mew (Cute & strong)
3. Lapras
2. Ho-Oh
1. Pikachu (!!!)

Male Kirlia evolve into Gallade with the Dawn Stone.
Fourth evolutions will be nice, but the addition of whole new Pokémon is always much better.
