Removed the Spam tag from the newsletter, moving it to inbox (clicked "yes" to the "Help google understand spam better" message, can't remember exactly what it said.) Starred the newsletter message too.

I've had a Sony Ericsson w810i for around 10 years. Got it not long after it was released, and I still use it everyday now.
Great phone, solid, decent light/torch on it for when I'm working in the dark, plenty of features that I still use..
It's been dropped loads of times, but the screen is still totally fine. I got a new battery for it last year, only £2.
I had bought a Samsung Tocca lite in 2010, but I've not used that for years.

Hard to choose one food, or dish, but I could never say no to a sausage & mushroom sandwich.
Either that or prawns.  Not prawn cocktail, or prawn salad - just prawns. A big bowl of them. Divine.

Deacon DeMan : Hi Deacon, welcome to this place. There's loads of RPGs to be found here, so you're bound to find yourself sorted. The hardest part is trying to choose which game to play!

 Great username by the way.

m0ssb3rg935 : I'm pretty sure there isn't any music/sound test screens in Buck Rogers. I'll start playing it again today so if one does appear somewhere I'll let you know.
I've been looking around the web myself, and the furthest I can get is the name of the guy who made the music and his linkedin page. I can send you a link if you want to try contacting him.
Otherwise, I think I read somewhere that the company that made the game was absorbed into ubisoft years ago.

The glow light on the PS4 joypad serves no practical purpose from any of the games I've played so far.
Changes colour in Shadow of Mordor to let you know that you got killed - but you'd already know that as you're playing it, lol.
It just runs downs the battery quicker, which is no good at all.

Useless playable characters, where you can put in hours levelling them and buying equipment for them, but they're still weaker than other choices.
Toilets that make a flushing noise when you click on them.
The alchemy skill in Morrowind.
Getting to a new Weapon/Item shop, but it just contains junk. Useless!

m0ssb3rg935 : Yeah, despite the franchise name it's not a particularly well known RPG. The soundtrack was rather basic sounding, but some of it was pretty good. If it's gonna be something that'll take a lot of time and effort to get then if you want to put it on hold for awhile in favour of pursuing better known games then I totally understand. No worries.

Thanks for looking into the duplicate issue.

Hi, could you add the soundtrack for Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday on the Genesis/Mega Drive please? That would be great.

Also, a different request for the music room - there's some duplicate soundtracks for certain games: In the Genesis section for example, Landstalker is listed twice, as is Mortal Kombat 2 and Super Street Fighter 2. Probably a few others. As rating music tracks is in vogue, duplicates could mess up votes and confuse things a bit.  If the duplicate ones that haven't had tracks rated could be removed, if possible, that'd be helpful. Otherwise I'm panicking in case I rate the wrong soundtrack, lol.

Hadn't really intended to spend half the day going through music tracks, but doesn't time just fly?
I've rated a fair few today (maybe two hundred) so for whatever I earned - thanks, though it was really just a pleasure to hear certain music again.

Cheers.

Seasons greetings. Just watched (and Liked) the Youtube Video, and I'm glad I did, as I'd forgotten all about Robocod. Might try and get around to playing that again soon.

Anyway - Merry Xmas everyone.

rcarter2 : Thanks for making that post. I saw that impostor had used my screen shot a little earlier and reported it. Hopefully no-one else will try such a cheap trick again, especially as it wouldn't even serve any purpose but to get themselves into trouble.

I can get back to trying to beat my score now.  Thanks again.

I'm always swearing, though usually under my breath. In conversation, it depend on who I'm talking to. If I'm at work then every other word will be bad, though if a customer is around then I talk as polite as possible (unless they turn out to be "uncouth" too )

Socially, I generally swear to make a light conversation sound credible, but again it depends upon who else is around. On the Web, I try to talk properly, as there will always be someone reading who may take offence. The exception is if I'm either drunk or annoyed about something someone has said or done, though these occasions are pretty rare (thankfully!)

Does me good to swear though - let out whatever feeling or emotion rather than bottling it up. Sometimes you have to hold your tongue though.

I missed the first 5 or 6 episodes, but started watching when a friend recommended it to me. I'm glad he did, because it's been one of the best shows I've seen in a long while.

Each episode, despite being based on fairy tales, are all played out in a very grown up and intelligent way. The way each episode has a story set in the past, as well as the continuing present was quite original and very well done.
The stand-out characters (for me) were the enigmatic Mr Gold and Mary Margaret (she's beautiful.)
The season finale (without spoilers) was awesome, and I can't wait for season 2 next year.

I posted last week that my internet speed is usually very slow, well for the last 5 days it's been absolutely dreadful. Less than 0.1mb/ps browsing speed, and even a reduced upload speed.
After numerous pleas for help to my ISP they came back today with this response - "No faults or any works being carried out I'm afraid. Masts are all working as planned."

Shocking. As soon as I can afford to go to another network, Three Mobile are getting binned.

I saw Marvel Avengers last night. Having seen most of the so-called prequels beforehand helped me to understand the plot, and there's some fantastic action and effects.
Scarlett Johansson  was very easy on the eye too, which helped a fair bit.

I was reminded of Advent Children for the last 30 minutes or so of the action. Great film, thoroughly recommended.

I really am hoping to be up much earlier tomorrow though, rather than let the Bank Holiday just pass me by.
