Blissey.... Tons of HP+ruffles.... but for some reason its the wall to end all walls, you can negate everything it does with a shell bell and aromathereapy, or heal bell.... Hate that stupid thing

I am so surprised to not see Arcanine here, it is easily one of coolest looking pokemon. Albeit its stats and moveset do not go together in the old gens but he has been getting some help with the physical special split in the new gens. But in cool factor he has got that in the bag.

My first thought of this game was oh God spliced sprites... This is doomed to be miserable. But alas I fought through my bias and was able to play through six of the seven gyms currently playable (I don't know if this was a problem for anybody else but I couldn't save, so I was very upset when I went to fly and it said five island meadow oddly and I was dumb enough to click on it and could not escape
Quality, the game was very solid. It even had trees that you could punch to get pokemon. Pinser fell out of a tree it can not be all that bad. However it is very frustrating trying to judge your team when you have no clue when anything is going to evolve. It was nice to have the experience again similar to your very first playthrough. In addition there are loads of gift items (so no saying your hard work doesn't pay off in this game. Last thing I don't know for sure or not but if you play you will probably agree that the author had a thing for likitungs. Very, very strange caught me off guard a little to tell you the truth. That and the move hydro pump.
Visuals, personally I didn't like many of the custom made pokemon. However, they were clean and it wasn't like they were hideously disgusting a very good plus. They also did a good job placing items you don't normally see lying around in. No spoilers you will have to find what I am talking about out for yourself. Other than that pretty good. Except for the intro where it shows the red trainer and that's not what you look like but whatever.
Addictiveness, If you have played pokemon and like it you will get addicted. The drive to have the best team and to defeat everyone else will kick in. It did for me at least. It is also fun trying to train the "fakemons" because you know little to nothing about them. Again like getting a new generation game and playing through for the first time. Pretty much utilizing the I like the look of you I will keep you.
Difficulty, If you played pokemon you know what your getting into. Balance out your team and switch as you see fit to defeat your enemy. However, unlike most games the trainers do switch sometimes and a lot of trainers have a lot of items. Ace Trainers will actually use a variety of items. Although they are still relatively foolish when raising there team.
Depth, I gave the game a high score in depth even though it was incomplete. Based on the amount of story written so far there was a lot to go. I can tell when this game is done it will be fairly long. It will also be fairly difficult if I am right in my assumption he pulled a lot of characters from the manga into the game. Again not trying to put in anything really spoiling you will have to play for yourself

Oh good I am not the only one, my friend that I recently referred to the site, I helped him download the emulator and he started playing pokemon gold and you could hear everything perfectly so I don't know how that works or if its a sporadic problem, maybe it will help you guys.

So now that the server transfer is complete my saves are back and the games play, but my problem was not resolved. I can hear the majority of the sound effects clearly if that helps you in this in anyway.

I tried this but now it just stays on the loading screen forever, so I tried switching back to an older version of the retro game room plugin and that is not working for me either now. I am confused lol. Oh and I just checked my save file manager and i have no saves. So I take it those are gone for good now. oops.

Ya the games always come up in a minimized window so I just tried maximizing then minimizing with no success. From one of the threads u sent me it seemed like it was the problem with like something about the system picking color over sound or something along those lines. It would appear I will have to wait for a fix

Just an update I just tried re-downloading the plugin following the directions in the announcement and it failed to solve the problem if that was going to be a suggestion.

For some reason the audio isn't coming up right on most of the games I have been playing I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem or maybe I should re-download the gameroom plugin.

Overall- This is an excellent hack, having played pokemon red (and the other games of that generation) definitely tipped me off to what was going to happen in some areas, however everything was re-worked including the safari zone. Its an incredible game worth playing. That being said for those Pokémon game players wild Pokémon levels almost plateau and it gets hard to grind and u fight some nasty trainers. But don't let that discourage you I still had level 40s fighting the leagues 70s ..... that's why the difficulty is low.
