Earthbound Zero. What comes to mind when you hear somebody speak of this game. Silly? Childish?? Parodying??? I think of a typical JRPG that tells of a regular twelve year old trying to make his way in a big world. But what exactly does this all mean??? So hey, I'm dopeydonald362 and welcome to the Mother/Earthbound Zero review. Story Now, one thing to take note of when playing this game is the deep story. It follows Ninten, a twelve year old who is growing up outside of a big town named Mother's Day/Podunk. Now, Ninten's house is mysteriously thrown into peril one evening, when lamps and dolls begin to attack the residents. Ninten heroically destroys all of these items and learns a curious melody from his sister, Mimmie's doll. Ninten discovers over the phone with his father that his great grandfather, George, studied PK, a strange psychic power that Ninten possessed. PK allows the user to perform a series of tasks, such as: Levitate objects, heal one's self, or warp away from danger. Ninten enters the basement, finding the key on his dog's collar, and obtains a map of the overworld. Travelling from home, Ninten encounters a several few enemies, such as his neighbour, Wally, hippies who try to con him, and rabid stray dogs. This is just chapter one, however, and the quest has just begun. The story deserves a rating of 7. Sound Mother's sounds are the best I've EVER heard from the NES. It combines a lot of different environments, such as shopping malls, zoos and cemetaries, and gives them plenty of unique songs that play, perfectly fitting each respective area. The sound deserves at LEAST 9. Graphics Now, when Nintendo began development on Mother, they were certainly going for an approach that would look much like the cartoon Peanuts, Ninten looking like Charlie Brown, and so on. The characters and enemies you will meet along the way are very uniquely drawn, with a few recycled sprites here and there, but overall, they're all pretty much different, giving the overworld a lot of variety. However, to be fair, the graphics do look like they were drawn by eight-year-olds. Sorry, Nintendo, but the graphics weren't too good this time. 5. Difficulty In video games, to save the company from their downfall graphically, I always say gameplay over graphics. Mother holds no exception. The battles in this game are challenging enough, making for an exciting, thrilling and in some cases intense experience. This game can have some very difficult points, like the Cream Puff Zoo, the third dungeon of the game. This was rescued by an exceptionally easy boss fight, though. This game is pretty hard. 7. Depth So, the game is pretty long, if you include the grinding, all the melodies, and the final boss, not to mention the end credits. I'd give this game's depth about a 7. Addictive If you add up everything to do in the game, including all the items to buy and collect, the bosses to fight, the game is rather replayable, but sometimes you might just want to put it down for a while. This happens with all games, and therefore is completely understandable, but if you play this game a thousand times over, good for you! This game's finald rank is... 7! And the overall is..... 10 OUT OF 10!!!!! MOTHER 1 IS THE BEST NES GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED! I encourage you to pick it up and play it. Do yourself some good, will you???? Earthbound Zero. Chapter One My Diamond in the Sky Nothing happened today. Nothing at all. Which was unusual for Chaos, since a bunch happens each minute. I'm Cinos. Cinos Porter. I hope you don't ignore this. Take my word for it, okay? Okay, this is how it began... I woke. A sharp pain ran through the back of my spine. Had I been at Club Rouge again? Ah, never mind. I held my aching head. A sickly taste formed in my dry mouth. Morning taste. God, why did I always get that? "Great, you're finally awake. Can we go, now?" "NO..." "We'll be late. Face-ache'll give us an earful again, like he did on Friday." "So?" "Have you done your homework, Cinos?" Crud. I'd have detention for a solid week now. Break, Lunch, Home Time. That was all the time I had to study being blown away. Grrahhh. Curse Face-ache. Oh well, I guess it's time to go now. Getting on the bus was more difficult that usual this morning. Hallucinated people were shoving me around till I eventually sat down. I hate hangovers. With a strong, strong passion. My seventeen year old body tensed up again, as my muscles pulled beneath my tan arms. My gloved fingers curled around my palms, forming a fist. I punched the chair in front of me vigorously. I didn't care about people throwing paper balls in my general direction. I was too hungover. Suddenly, a sweet feeling shot me in the chest and flew through me. My sickness vanished. My spirits rose. My muscles relaxed. "What... happened?" I said aloud. "Nothing, except that we've arrived." Banjo. My best friend smiled, his blue backpack sliding down his back and meeting with his yellow shorts. My green hooded top crinkled as I bent my arm to wave. "Hi, Banjo." "Get your stuff. We have an exciting day today." "How could anything at Chaos be exciting, except Scourge being brutally beaten up by vector?" "New chick." "Huh? Did I just hear you say-?" "New chick. Come on! She's in class." "Which one?" "4D." "But that means..." "Yeah, I know, it sucks. I hate Maths as much as the next guy. But get your hopes up! You can just copy Tails! he sits next to you, right?" "No." "Oh. Then who does?" The bell rang before I could answer. That mean five minutes to get to class. I'd just walk it. There was no rush, really. Not at school. I grabbed my rucksack and disembarked from the bus. In class, I noticed a thick smell of fluorescent perfume. Ahead of me was who would be (in about 3 months) my diamond in the sky. A white bat, with a faint brush of eye liner over each lid, long, expansive wings, and luscious aqua eyes sat in the seat directly next to mine. Blushing heavily, I sat down, staring straight at the blackboard. "Hi, I'm Rouge." "Cinos." I turned back to the board. "Um..." I remained quiet. "You're not very talkative, are you?" She tease, turning round to face me, her voluptuous chest just touching my own. my fur stood on end. I was flooded with blood from one end of my muzzle to the other. The hottest blush overtook me, and I died inside. All eyes were on me. Laughter could be heard all around the class. Nobody had ever seen me blush before, except Banjo, Tails and Sonic. Once Tikal might've done, but I didn't know. Tikal was Sonic's girlfriend. I hoped today would end quickly. END CHAPTER My Diamond in the Sky Nothing happened today. Nothing at all. Pokemon Red: What did we do to deserve such beauty?! Let me teach you a little something you'll never forget. Pokemon games are EPIC! A lot of stuff can happen in them, which you will find out if you play any of them. Oh, why did I choose to review this? Pokemon is full of surprises, and there are many places to explore. Let's get into the review. Graphics Come on, the graphics aren't going to be the best, seeing as it was on the Game Boy. But I, personally think the graphics and animations are great! 7 out of 10! Sound Even though it's 8-bit, the sound track is truly admirable. Music ringing your ears and making you grin as you trudge on through the game! 10 out of 10! Addictive Factor I'd definitely play this again. Every other day! One of the best games i've ever played in my life, I recommend it to everyone! 9 out of 10! Story Y'know, all the story is is a boy called Red going out on a journey to challenge the elite four and catch all the Pokemon in the whole of the region! *Gasp!* I just said all that without taking a breath! Anyway, story, 4 out of 10! Depth Oh my god, this game's big! So many things to find, see, and do! All the Pokemon look so happy to be at your side! May your quest be a great one friends! 7 out of 10! Difficulty Y'know, I'm not too fussed about the difficulty, because at least overall it's a fun game! Difficulty 5 out of 10! I'm not so sure whether or not this is bigger than the sonic 3d review, and I'm not going to bother checking! I just hope you guys liked it! That's all form me folks! Dopey Donald 362, signing off! Sonic 3D: It's Not as Bad as You Think Let's begin by saying this: there are worse games, but we still here things like: "why aren't the graphics better?" or: "The controls are a nuisance!" But to be honest with you, I actually happen to like this game. Besides, its for the genesis, man, some of it's bound to be SLIGHTLY pix elated. Here's the review itself. Graphics Yeah, the graphics are pretty good, I mean everything is easy to make out, the spin dash effects are pretty good with the dust flying behind Sonic and everything, but stuff is kind of pix elated here and there. That's why I give the graphics Eight out of Ten. Sound The sound in this game is amazing. The opening sequence music when you first play the game makes you feel "Oh my goodness! This is going to be such a great game!" And the music on Green Grove is pretty cheerful, just like the music on Palm tree Panic on Sonic CD (European and Japanese version). The story line section at the beginning has pretty good music too, so I'm rating the sound Ten out of ten. Addictive This game would be pretty addictive for a child or young adult who likes games with good sound, decent graphics and an overall decency, but for me, its a fifty-fifty chance that I'd play this. No offence, but I definitely don't think it's as addictive as Mine Craft, who would? So I rate this Six out of Ten. Story I don't have much to say about this. The story isn't very wide, but you can easily understand it. I rate the story Five out of Ten. Depth This game in particular doesn't have much to offer the player. There are about Five Zones in total, but the thing that expands the depth is the enemies and the Boss Fights, so I rate Depth Six out of Ten. Difficulty The difficulty of the game isn't all that bad, but this is more of an obstacle-based Sonic game, so it makes it that little bit higher for me to rate it Six out of Ten. That's all I've got for this game. Hopefully in the next review I'll have something slightly wider to talk about. So for now, this has been Dopey Donald 362. O.K. Let me get something straight here. 4 words. THIS-GAME-IS-EPIC! I could not believe my eyes when I first played this. As young ninja Hiro, you are forced to set out on a very perilous quest to stop the EVIL samurai warlord who is creating storms and destroying the valley with the forbidden powers of the ancient Kuji Magic. However, there is ONE flaw in his plan. By using the magic in such a way he is upsetting the balance of nature, giving YOU the upper-hand. But, on top of all that, you have to locate and rescue your fellow ninja. Can you Destroy the evil warlord, or will you go down in defeat? Well, that's for both of us to find out. |

OK, this Kirby game was the first in the series, so, things were kind of cool, others freaky. I would NOT recommend this game to anyone, because something creepy happened earlier: I was in the middle of level 5 and it froze and after that Kirby started to do this thing. so do NOT go on any other site unless you close the game or complete it. The goal is simple. just walk from one end of the screen to the other, defeating enemies as you go. you have to battle the devious king Dedede at the end of the game as the final boss. You also have to battle mini bosses as well in the middle of each level, and others at the end.
