I'm sorry to hear that your relationship has ended and that she chose to ghost you. The end of a relationship is always difficult and especially when there is a lack of communication involved. It sounds like, from her behavior thus far, that she may avoid you at work, which is a mixed blessing. This may mean that you can keep your job without awkwardness, so hopefully that will be the case. Above all, know that you will get through this. You were complete before this relationship and you will be complete again after this relationship. Never lose sight of yourself, and the strengths that define you. It may take some time to heal, but I have every faith in you that you will love again. Hang in there my friend. It may take some time, but you will be alright. Also I would like to recommend a website to you called 7cups.com. Its an online community that offers each of its members emotional support through difficult times, they offer access to therapists, and additionally you can seek anonymous one on one help through a trained listener. I would give it a try. It may take a few tries to get a listener that works for you, but I've found that it has really helped me with my depression. So good luck my friend, and we are all rooting for you.

Yay!! I just finished Spirit Tracks, and I just loved it. Its a direct sequel to Windwaker, which was pretty cool! It is only the second Legend of Zelda game that I've completed, the first being Link's Awakening. Anyway, what awesome games have you guys beat? And would you reccomend them?

I've been out of the Pokemon games since Diamond and Pearl. I liked them a lot, but now I'm curious about the stuff I've missed. So in your opinion, are Pokemon Sun and Moon worth playing? Why or why not?

Hi there! Always looking for more people to chat with. I collect retro games and I play Xbox one. I'm working on a degree in computer science, and I code in Java and C++. I would like to learn Unity too, but I've been putting it off.

An accountability thread! What a great idea! I'm already working on my weight, but I could really use the support and motivation. I've been dieting for about 7 months. I've lost 35 pounds. However, lately its been slowing down and I've been getting discouraged. All told I've lost 50 pounds in the last year but I'm dying to lose more. I weigh 244 and I'm trying to get down to 200. According to BMI I should weigh 165, but I don't know if that's possible given that I'm 5'9. I've been lazy lately, but before I got lazy a week or two ago, I was running two miles a day and doing an hour of yoga. If it keep it up, I'll eventually be able to do handstands. Also I want to run a 5K and I'm so close to being able to.

pennylessz :
Thanks. I don't want to be a downer, but it helps to get it out. I appreciate the thought, though. I'd be okay with it being uneventful from here on out

I just finished playing Animal Crossing: City Folk. I'm not all that tough, but I feel like I could take any one of those characters in a fight.

Yes! I've done OKCupid and have had good results with it. For one thing it was fabulous for my self esteem. I got over 100 responses! Apparently I'm not nearly as homely as I thought. Anyway, I found my friend from when I was 13 on there. We got back in touch and even dated briefly. It was fun! Then I met my current boyfriend on there. I have no idea how I managed to get so lucky. He was the first new person that I met up with from OKCupid. He could have easily have been a serial killer or something lol. We've been dating now for over six months and we are really happy together.

I'm good! Thanks for asking! Just studying for my midterm, working on college, and looking for part-time jobs.

I know the feeling. I'm only 25 and I feel a lot older than that. I've had a weirdly eventful life, so it feels much longer than it is. My parents split up when I was 5. Mom realized she was a lesbian and decided to start a new life a few states away. So, my dad raised me with the help of his mother and siblings. I had a happy childhood, in spite of being precocious and a bit of a geek . Then my dad died when I was 11. It was hard and I never really got over it. My mom came down for the funeral and asked if I wanted to live with her. I said yes and left everything I knew behind. Middle school sucked, but then again when doesn't it? It was nice getting to know my mom. She was quirky and interesting and I feel like I learned a lot from her. She died when I was 14. However, her girlfriend and her girlfriend's son had been living with us for a couple of years, and they graciously took me in. It was rough at first getting to know a new parent and getting a feel for the new boundaries. I had a lot of "You are not my mom" moments, and for some reason thought that at 15 I was all grown up. It all worked out though. I got to go to an art high school, which granted me acceptance like I'd never felt before, and increased my skills as an artist by a lot. By the end of it my mom's girlfriend was more of a mom to me than I had ever had, and I had fully embraced having a new brother. Then after I graduated, mom lost her job, lost the house, lost her mom, and became an alcoholic. I used my inheritance to keep us afloat as long as I could. I became the parent as mom became further and further debilitated. I tried to protect my brother from the worst of it. I wanted him to have a normal life anyway. Mom died a little over a year ago. My brother moved out on his own at 19. I'm very proud of him. Me, I was too depressed to live alone safely, so I transferred to another college, and moved so I could be with my father's family again. It was the best decision I have made in years. I'm a lot happier. I also met my boyfriend, who has been amazingly loving and supportive. So I feel old, but I'm learning to be young again a little bit each day.

Thanks for the information you guys. I'm new to the whole selling thing, and figured this site might be a good place to start. However, I was thinking about listing it on Ebay or Amazon. So I might do that instead if this place is not really a good place to sell.

Hi there everybody!

I have a lose copy of Hagane for SNES and its in very good condition. According to the Vizzed price guide the going rate is about $308. I'd be willing to let it go for $280. Anyway, if anyone is interested, feel free to make me an offer.

No, but I want to be. I attend a community college and I'm currently working on a bachelor's of computer science. There are two clubs that are right up my alley: cyber security club and game development club. I have all the information I need and the clubs have been in session for more than a month now. I'm just trying to work up the nerve to actually go. I'm very shy and not all that good with people in general. However, people inform me that interacting with other humans is somehow important.

Welcome Back! I just became an active user again too. There's just so much to play here and so much to do. I've really enjoyed getting to explore it again. Anyway, welcome! I'm a tad shy and could use some more friends myself, so feel free to friend me! See you around

Welcome back! I'm glad you were able to find such great support and companionship through this site. I know how you feel. I first came on here when I was 15, I think, and have been in and out throughout the years. I've only just now gained enough confidence to interact with the community, which I agree has to be one of the most welcoming I have ever encountered. So welcome back and I hope you can enjoy it just as much as you did then! - Best Regards

Hi there folks!

Lately I've been going through boxes and organizing my stuff. I sold off some duplicate consoles and games today, and have decided that I would like to save up for a new Nintendo console. So with that I must ask you fine folks, which should I get, a Switch or a 3DS? Feel free to throw some in pros and cons. I'm still thinking it over, and would love to hear what you guys think.

pennylessz : Oooh that sounds really cool. I've never heard of the GPD XD, but I am definitely going to have to look it up now. Lately I've been saving up for a raspberry pi and a large SD card to go with it. It's not really portable in the sense that you mean it, but I can load quite a lot of roms into it and have them all in one place. Although, I think that, like the GPD, it doesn't really work on games that came out after the PS1.

I have depression, so I tend to be somewhat of a pessimist. However I feel in some cases that it is strategic pessimism. If I set the bar low, then I am pleasantly surprised when the worst doesn't happen.

I'm a lot more shy in real life. I have a hard time talking to people. It's only after some years that I've loosened up enough to post on Vizzed. The anonymity of being just some random user online makes me feel like I can be myself more. My boyfriend knows who I am and accepts me, but honestly I'm a bit of a loner. Which is weird cause I actually am friendly, I just don't talk much, and I tend to mind my own business.

I've always fought my best with Kirby. Ever since I started playing it on N64, to the Wii U version, which is the last I've played, I've always been pretty good with Kirby. I like flyers and the ability to string together aerial combos. I also like Peach and Samus. Occasionally I'll mix it up with Yoshi, Link, Pikachu, or even Donkey Kong.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
