I agree with computernorman12 I am already depressed about it.  I owned almost a thousand of these games myself, and they wore out, broke, got lost and this is a dream come true to have this website.  If we own the games, shouldn't we be able to play them here?   I have used facebook, and raised awareness on the website.  Everyone who loves it here really needs to do at least two things.

I tried several games on the N64 but it just stalls out on the first screen.  I am not using an old computer, I am running an HP Pavilion Laptop, Windows 7, 64 bit, Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD with 1695 Mb, Intel Core 2 Duo.  Its not top of the line but its only a yr old and a good PC.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't run into anyone...ever....that remembers these cartoons but I would love to see Count Duckula (I think it was Nickelodeon but I don't remember.  He was a vampire duck, hence the name..he had a "bigger than a breadbox nanny" and a butler.  I really want to see this and also
David the Gnome (Nick Jr) for my sister it makes me laugh just thinking about it.  It would be cool to have in your collection but I don't know if you are just running a general theme with cartoons that were turned into video games and these definitely were not..they are not popular enough.  Just a thought thanks...

I just want to say to Vizzed staff and members Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, New Year etc.......
I have been glued to this site at least four hours at night when all the work is done...then time for fun!
It will be here for many many years and I know I will donate when I can and be a member for years to come because it is a wonderful thing to bring people's memories back to them..to relive times when you would spend 12 hours a day trying to beat mario or Pokémon or Final Fantasy.  I am thrilled with this website and I want to thank the creator!  God Bless

Please help members! I need help with the Sega and Game Gear emulators.  I want to change the controls and use my controller, but you can only use the java emulator and I cannot configure to use my controller.  I probably should search all the boards for an hour for the answer but maybe someone will help (sorry-please help).  I know there is probably a simple answer to this...probably I'm looking right at it !!!!

Thank you and Happy Holidays

Jessica

So I am probably starting LPN Nursing school in July.  I read that you have to have full health and dental to be in nursing school!  That seems a little..controlling and weird...

Does anyone know if this is true?  I cant see paying for school and then having full insurance on top of it! Insurance in PA/NJ is like 650 a month.

Women totally love those pandora bracelets.  It isn't tooooo expensive-I think they are silver, and the charms all represent something about the person;  you choose them for her.  Jewelry is always GOOD!  If she likes flowers you can get her the flowers of the month, and every month for 12 months she will receive a different item.  Hey these are just things I would want ya know?  Google them, they have all kinds of "of the month" type gifts and you can even make the price less by choosing 6 months.

Jess

GOOD LUCK

That's awesome I still have the first Castlevania for NES that used to scare me when I played (I was like 5 yo LOL).  Thank you for welcoming me and replying to my thread.  Someday I want to come to France to the Brittany region and see where an ancestor came from.

HP Lovecraft no doubt.JRR Tolkein as well. Both writers created their own Mythos that is not contrite or contrived. I am also voting
Bram Stoker for revolutionizing the Vampire culture.

Nice to meet ya Iaian!  I am one quarter French LOL! All Americans are a melting pot themselves! Where in France do you live??

I found this site because I have been in despair over my old failing emulator box so I "googled" for SNES emulator, because I have nostalgic regard for the SNES.  There were always two types of young children when I was little, those who loved SNES, and those who loved Sega Genesis.  I vote SNES!

My favorite games of all time are all the Zeldas, Maniac Mansion, Friday the 13th, and Bart Vs Spacemutants for NES, Earthbound for SNES, all the Final Fantasy games with the Gold Cup going to PS1's Final Fantasy 7, and Manhunt for PC.  Also the DOS Commander Keen games and all the Duke Nukems.

What do you like?

This game is an overall 9, with points taken off for not using the SNES graphics to the full potential, especially with small characters like the ones in this game.
The graphics are like high developed NES, with better movement characteristic of the SNES.  But I gave it an 8 because hey, what do you expect for the time this came out.
The sound is better than most games, but doesn't touch the Final Fantasy games in epic composition that you remember for life (a bow to Final Fantasy 1 and 7).
The addictiveness is a 10, with a 9 for storyline and 10 for depth, because it totally hooks you from the moment you play.  I still remember the warm fuzzy feeling I had starting this game so long ago, and a large part of what makes a game memorable is you become emotionally invested quickly in the characters and their story.  The main character is just an average kid, just like we were (or are!).
I had no major problems playing this game, and I would say this game, in comparison with early games like Maniac Mansion, is relatively easier.  I never even considered going online to find out how to beat certain areas of the game, like I often did with Final Fantasy I, A Boy and His Blob, or Maniac Mansion.

Overall this game is excellent for all ages, and can be recommended for a child's first RPG experience.

Hi I am Jessica I am from Philadelphia/Levittown and I currently live in New Hope PA.  This is so cool I built an emulator box but could only fit three emulators and 700 ROMs (I was using a very old pc for it). This will make things easier but anyway is there anyone here near where I am?? I graduated Temple U three years ago and was working in the NJ Insurance industry,....
