Thanks for the advice but as I've said before none of the buttons work including the menu so pretty sure I am screwed on this one. I'll just have to start over.

Does it take awhile for a back up to show up? Some of the games I haven't played in awhile do have back ups and the more recent saves don't. Can I just hope a back up will appear?

Yes every button including the the capture, speed up while moving, and the GS button. This is just a suggestion but couldn't you access my game and start from there.

I was riding down Cycling road and had just talked to the person to the far left in the second bike gang right after the police officer. After the conversation I couldn't move or access the menu or anything and none of the other characters are moving, but the rain is still falling and the music and still going. Can anyone help so I can continue the game without having to start over. It would be convenient if I could just pick up from the last save state on the server. Someone please help.
