I did run the bin.file with the ePSXe and I get an error message.

It's the one which say something like

'the program has encounter a problem and has to close down. Sorry for the inconvenience' and you have to choose either

'debug', 'send error report' or 'don't send'

Because I'm dowloading the FF origin the rar.file that i get after i extract part 1 is

"Final Fantasy Origins [SLUS-01541].7z"

I extract this file and I get a folder named:

"Final Fantasy Origins [SLUS-01541]"

inside the folder is another rar.file which I cannot extract - it keeps giving me an error message and another weird file:

"mm-ffof.bin" -rar.file that i cannot extract
"mm-ffof.cue" - the weired file
