In spite of the negative societal impacts that cigarette may beget, illegalizing the sale of tobacco would not produce the results that you seek. From what I understand, the belief that consumerism is tied to legality for drugs is somewhat prevalent. In reality, this addiction cannot be cured simply by choice; It is biological in nature. If the tobacco were to be declared illegal, then the addicts would search for other possible means of obtaining them; It would be hopeful at best for them to discriminate based on legality. Taxes on tobacco that the US government currently benefits from would be lost. Thus, because of the addictiveness of drugs in addition to the loss of revenue from the unregulated tobacco sales, you clearly see why we cannot simply illegalize it. Our primary concern should be on obesity, which has resulted in far more preventable deaths, rather than restricting our gaze to smoking.

I watched the Supersize Me on Youtube. It is not actually a video, but rather a documentary that can been watched in full on the Youtube website. It is quite intriguing if you are into health. The main plot is a man on a one-month mcdonald's binge and the overall detriments of the yummy fast food

Of course they should! In my opinion, who actually pays for the phone is not a great factor. Say, the child was found using a phone to message inappropriate pictures. Would it really matter that the child was paying for the phone when the parents found out and wanted to confiscate it? The true problem with rights to either parent or child by payment is that no matter who pays for it, it does not make using the phone for abusive purposes right. On the whole, parents have the choice of what is best for their children until adulthood, so if a parent wants to take away a child's cellphone, they should have that right(which is precisely why they do).

Quite honestly, I have no clue why anger is a part of humanity; but why it is present in such excess today I more-or-less attribute to lifestyle and ignorance. Attributing the negative emotion of anger to lifestyle is not hard to see in the slightest, considering the human tendency to emulate those around us from birth. We first learn to respond to negatives with anger from our guardians, but the use of anger stems from how often it occurs and why it occurs within specific households. Specifically, the norms regarding anger at youth have an effect how often we use it as adults. I believe what NotJon stated to be true, but I add that ignorance can stem from those wanting to take control of others. In other words, ignorance allows some to take control of other people for their own benefit. Control is often taken by spewing lies about a third party to which the controlled now have newfound negative emotions toward. A literary reference would be John Felton's ignorance of fact leading him to kill the Duke of Buckingham in the Three Musketeers. This is my take on this topic.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0k3kHtyoqc

"Writers: Guillermo del Toro, Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, Philippa Boyens
Director: Peter Jackson
Cast: Ian McKellen, Martin Freeman, Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom, Ian Holm, Christopher Lee, Hugo Weaving, Elijah Wood, Evangeline Lily, Andy Serkis, Richard Armitage"

Having delved into a few of the books years ago and watched all of the movies, this is one movie that I will probably watch. I just remembered about my desire to see it after being linked to this trailer For some unfathomable reason, I imagine it giving me more closure in my mind to the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

I have but only a t-shirt and this was a few years ago after a not-so-wise decision to stay up all night before a school day. I was wearing a jacket so it was not noticeable

I am a lot more self-conscious and observant, so I doubt I will make the same mistake. I have been extra careful because I cannot imagine how embarrassing that would be if noticed!

I treated myself to an absolutely delicious and mouthwatering assortment of fruits dipped in a chocolate fondue! Not an everyday deal, that's for sure! The last time I enjoyed this treat was over half a year ago.

Before I realized it, I had finished all the different fruits and was hungry for more chocolate Definitely noteworthy for next time I crave a bit of chocolate(hopefully not soon).

That is a chocolate fondue with a strawberry dipped. I dipped numerous fruits and foods not limited to strawberries, grapes, apples, peaches, and a few nuts. Overall, one of my favorite deserts(probably my favorite).

On the other hand, I probably ruined my appetite for dinner

In my opinion, rain is one of the most beautiful forces of nature. Last spring, I spent many weekend hours on my porch watching the rain. It is peaceful and refreshing. In terms of actually stepping out my front door it is a different story. In that case, I can come to the point where I abhor rain. Overall my feelings on rain are quite mixed.

Storms make me depressed. Some of the worst days of my life have taken place on stormy day. It is neither the superstition spouting from the worse days nor any opinion of the storm not being aesthetically pleasing that spawns my dislike; storms have always depressed me. It's a part of me.

So tired of quizzes!

Zamiel

Being artistic is your #1 trait. People often go to you for help on things they can't do themselves. However, you keep to yourself a lot, and it's hard to get to know you personally. You also take extreme pride in your work, and you take it very bad when someone insults it.

The "keep to yourself" is a little off, but overall it is alright Sorry for not also getting lefacyme3

Nah, it is not. I don't feel too bad about it, I'm a sunshine lover! On the other hand, I was looking forward to snow before new years...aw well

There are really two things that are stopping the snow: the obvious high temperatures, and no rain(maybe if I put a fork under my pillow it will ). It hasn't even rained for nearly a month, possibly more! One of my friends says she'll blackmail me into going sledding with her if it does snow and truthfully it actually sounds like fun Winter is not over yet, so all hope is not lost.

A few friends and myself got together to spend the night. No alcohol(although a few seemed like they were under the influence) and it was one of the greatest get-togethers that I have had in a LONG time. We watched TV around midnight and the rest of the time was spent socializing and besting each other in an assortment of different activities. I made many new friends(Phew, one new years resolution down, only a few dozen left ) and(almost) all of us are in total agreement of partying again next year.

It was almost sunrise when everyone left(those awake). Haha, I spent all morning and afternoon on a movie marathon with all who wasn't asleep yet. Best New Years Ever!

My first review. Although I have not written game reviews(I have written campus newspaper articles) I am adjusting my writing style to fit this. I would be happy for any criticism to help me with the other two that I have yet to create I really want to do well with this, so I want to know whether I am up to par

Super Mario Bros 3 Review:
Another superb Mario adventure, SMB3 is an expanse of an entertaining and amusing adventure in order for Mario to triumph in his quest to retrieve the King's wand and of course saving the princess! The variety of levels will keep you on the edge as you go through the worlds. New features like the raccoon suit and the frog suit make the game even more enjoyable, although I am a bit of a Mario fan myself, so go out and try it yourself!

Graphics and Sound: 8.5/10
Having thoroughly enjoyed working through other Mario games, including SMB1, I found SMB3 to be easier on the eyes and a wonderful experience to play hours on end, all because of improved graphics. I must say that this game has thoroughly spoiled me with the nice layout and clarity that is not seen in much older Mario games.

Watching the characters, you will definitely notice a greater frame per second and my own inquisition into the intricacies of the game has brought in me great respect for the enhanced animation and overall just thrills me as it has that certain je ne sais quoi that make all these types of games addictive.
---
Moving onto sound, one cannot feel but helpless to express how much the sounds just cause the player to be engrossed in the game even more so. All the music just gives the player the great feeling of playing a mario game and is always exciting, even those times where you can't beat a level or want to closely examine everything.

The effects are mostly from previous games, but a few are new and overall the sound quality in this game is very fine indeed!

Difficuly and Control: 5/10
There are a few places in which you can get stuck, don't give up! Overall, the game is fairly simple and should not be a problem. The jumping capabilities seem a little bit greater, which might be a burden for some, but after only a short while, it is easy to get accustomed to the controls.

Enemies and levels may be a bit challenging, but with a little effort, they can be overcome. I'm sure that even someone who has only played a few Mario games would be able to beat it with time and effort!

Depth: 4/10
With a few exceptions, it can be easily seen that there is not too much depth within this game. It is fairly shallow waters in terms of getting extra bonus rooms that one would in just completing the game.

Storyline: 8/10
A continuation of SMB1, SMB3 is the story of how seven evil children called "Koopalings" steal a wand of a King and used it to transform him. Mario has to triumph by getting the wand and restoring the rightful owner. SMB3 brings in many new enemies to defeat and overall the storyline is quite interesting when playing the game.

Addictiveness: 9.5/10
Maybe I am a bit of a Mario-Addict even before playing this game, but I find nearly all Mario games to be 9+ out of 10 as they all seem to suck you in, and before you know it, hours have flown by! This one in particular had me playing for hours on end when I first played it, and playing it again after nearly a year was still very fun and addicting!

Don't only take my word for it! Go and try it yourself!

Honda Civic Hybrid - $24,050

I absolutely would love to have this car in the future. It is simply to expensive for me to buy It has 44 mpg city and highway with an ECO assist function to conserve fuel and money. Haha, I could forever about it, but I don't want to completely bore you, so here are pictures and details

I woke up today at 4:30pm after continuously hitting the "snooze" button for thirty minutes I was just really tired from last night and forgot that I had a paper that I had not completed. I still managed to get it done, but it was really close to the deadline, so I would rather not do that again

On the other hand, tomorrow I will be able to wake up later than usual since my first class starts an hour later than usual days of the week. That's one reason why I love tuesdays(after fridays and weekends)

Well, according to the Vizzed Clock it is 4:21 in the afternoon, so I will stick with that.
It is hard to describe with words, but right now is in the middle of a silent time between afternoon and evenings. I usually relax during this time and wait for the night.

At 5pm I will be leaving for an annual dentist appointment, so I wait in anticipation. I hope that everything checks out all right

With my internet and slow typing, it is already 4:26 Vizzed time

I lived in FL, USA (Florida) for several years where it was a lot warmer, but now I live in TN, USA (Tennessee). Where do you live?

A bright, sunny day, which I love, but I do like winter very much more than autumn, so I am mixed in my feelings about the pleasant weather. Updating my previous statement, I ended up getting new winter gloves. These I will make sure to keep safely All of a sudden, tell-tale signs of winter are appearing: Shorter days, slowly declining temperatures(still nice), less birds(still a lot), but enough to tell that winter will be creeping up on me very soon.

They are OK, but i prefer other Soda Drinks normally. Dr.Pepper I only have tasted three times and I did not like the taste much. Root beer is OK just I think that it is too sweet and just makes me feel bad afterwards.

I love fruit juice and smoothies. I actually prefer fruit smoothies to all types of soda simply because of better taste I make my own on most days and I prefer to do that actually. Mango smoothies are the BEST in my opinion as I can't have enough of it

I absolutely love mint and chocolate chip ice cream! I get it either from my local Ben & Jerry's or Baskin Robins.yum.. I used to like rocky road icecream for the longest time before realizing that I liked this type more after trying it a few times. Now I always prefer to get this one when it is available. I used to keep one tub of it in the freezer but now I just go to Baskin Robins and get a few scoops They also have a nice place to eat it outside, so I can just eat it there(or if it is cold, there are a lot of places to sit down inside ).

Just looking at the picture makes me feel like getting some.

V is for Valley of Fear

It is the final book of the Sherlock Holmes Series by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I think it was published early 1900s. I have the book, but I have never found the time to read it. It just sits on my shelf gathering dust If you like twentieth century murder mysteries, then you will probably find this book to be a nice read. You should start with the first book, A Study in Scarlet and read all of them through this one.

the next book starts with the letter W.
