Can't reconfigure arrow key controls

Basically my problem is that I deleted the arrow key controls and cant get them back. I've tried double clicking and going through the control settings, and none of it works. It's really frustrating because I can't control my poke'mon character at all. If anyone knows how to reenter or reconfigure the controls please tell me! I would greatly appreciate it!
