Davideo7 : Cool, thanks David, I will have to try it out on a couple games and see what I come up with. I downloaded Free-make and didn't have any problems with the install, after un-clicking the toolbar garbage it was fine.

Davideo7 : Is there a certain format that we should use for the video when converting?  Also, does it allow you to put voice into the video, or should the voice even be in there?

I just wanted to let everyone know that you have to use the keypad to access the new intellivision games. 1,2,3 will pick how many players and 4,5,6 will adjust the difficulty (if available). Not sure if this is on all the games but the few that I played, this is what I had to do to get into the game.  After you get into the game then you can use the arrow keys to move. If anyone has additional information, please post for other people.
