DBDonald : You speak words of great wisdom. In real life, I usually follow with what you have described. I can have my fantasies all I want, but when it comes to experience, I have more luck in the emo/goth department.

One point I would like to diverge from you on though, is that I find glasses and intelligence are only attractive if the woman is also rather naughty or risque. Otherwise, I prefer the clumsy "airhead" looking types. Ideally, she would be smart with glasses but appear to be air headed.

In my opinion, there is a difference between what we think we are attracted to in our head, and what we actually end up being attracted to in reality.

In reality, I've gone with girls I've never thought I would even consider dating. The mind surely is a strange thing.

What I find attractive about the opposite sex is if they fit some sort of role.
I mean, a shy clumsy girl who wears glasses and has big breasts? Great!
A fiery red head who's aggressive? Great!

In fact, Roleplay is my thing. Find a girl in any dating simulator and you found what I like! XD

In all honesty, I like most women. From skinny, to a little chub. What I like is personality. If she has a nice personality and like the same stuff as I do, it's all good.

I love the song choice. The only thing I would suggest is that you might want to lower the song's volume so people can distinguish your guitar playing from the background music easier.

While I'm a fan of extremely fast guitar playing, I think you're doing great.

Man, I wish more anime / videogame girls wanted to be in bands.

I happen to have insomnia too. What I used to do was play videogames until I passed out. Usually hardcore fighting games like BlazBlue or anything that requires large amounts of concentration.

HOWEVER, the most effective method I have is this:
1: Leave one lamp on in a corner of the room so there is a little light
2: Listen to music with my back facing the lamp.

The music I listen to must be high quality and listened to with headphones. Not ear buds but headphones. Buy a comfortable pair if you need to.
The music I listen to is A Farce and a few other songs by ZTS, .hack//SIGN soundtrack by Yuki Kaijura and by then I should have fallen asleep. A Farce is 10 minutes long and ridiculously soothing for some reason despite it being trance/techno.

Hope this helped fellow insomniac!

This is interesting. How could they effectively use a laser based weapon without it being completely cost inefficient? I mean, the power necessary to fire a cannon should be hundreds if not thousands of times more efficient than a laser. If anything, wouldn't a plasma based weapon work better and more efficiently? If we take the facts into consideration, a laser base weapon would be effective at low power settings as a non-lethal weapon.

As for the plasma weapon I mentioned, it would be remarkably effective if we could find some way to actually produce a plasma that would not spread out and separate midair.

Let's all hope robotics and future weapons advance further. If they do, we might be able to fight wars without losing lives. Imagine, countries waging robotic wars to fuel the economy. We could even use it like a giant game where real stocks are staked in robotic conflict.

Hey! I'm Wolfra, also known as Rai. My interests are video games, books, manga, anime, martial arts, music(of all kinds) and much more. I love too many game genres to keep track of them all. I love to chat. If you like conversations from low brow to extremely deep, intellectual topics, I'm your man! xD

Nice to meet you The Messenger!
Actually, you don't even need a facebook account to use Stumble Upon. You can go directly to their site or you can even use the Firefox add-on. I prefer the add-on as you just click a button and it automatically sends you to a website relevant to your interests. Like this site!

I just joined and I love it here! Vizzed has all the old games I used to love.
I recently had to leave my house and many belongings behind because my father literally went insane. Being able to play the games I had as a kid makes me remember better times.

Also, I know to play many games I need to download the plugin. I'm sharing a computer and the other person is REALLY scared of getting virus'. Is there any way to reassure that it is safe?
