I'm not going to be like everyone else and kiss up, I can't say I like this new system very much at all.

Yes TP needed rethinking but this just seems like everyone regardless of maturity is now being treated like a 5 year old.
The amount of times you can rate per week is one silly thing, I mean as I understand it if I wanted to give 4 people I trust 2 points each I'd have to wait a whole month to do it.
And another thing, it feels more like a punishment the resetting of all the trust points, I mean there are users like myself who had 150+ TP that have been here for years yet we're being treated the same as any regular joe that became trusted a week ago.

Honestly the site would be better off without trust points at all rather then this system, it would be better served with a way to rate posts as helpful or pointless and a display of that.
And in my time staff have been no exception to the abuse of TP with "agreements" made that certain members should not be trusted, so I wouldn't say this new system will "greatly" cut down on abuse...

As I said, it more feels like we're all being treated like we're in kindergarten and not allowed to use the sharp scissors.

I'd say Ichigo from Bleach is a pretty strong guy, and he's like Goku in some ways.
He spends a lot of his time dead, he gets stronger after every battle, he beats unbeatable foes with sheer stubbornness alone.
But unlike Goku he doesn't take 20 episodes to beat an enemy and he has an awesome sword so that alone makes him 10 times better

There have been several tear jerking moments in anime I can think of, like in the original Fullmetal Alchemist when

Do I mind that another Star Wars movie is being made?
Not really, I gave up on the franchise when The Phantom Menace came out.
Really for me I can't be disappointed because I have nothing but low expectations
And heck who knows, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Saw started to get really dull the longer the franchise went on, by the end it was just gore for the sake of gore, not really anything true to the original movies psychological thriller roots.

I really hope they don't make another one because if the trend follows the same pattern all that would happen is a whole city would be taken hostage and be made to kill each other in the bloodiest way possible while the villain watches to get his jollies. If you know what I mean.

I got Iron Man.
I'm not sure if it reflects more on who I am or who I would like to be, but either way I am not displeased with this result

I have two big boxes full of VHS tapes but hardly any of them are movies.
I don't have a VCR any more so I can't really check them but as far as movies go I think I only have the 3 Star Wars movies and some anime movies on VHS.
The rest of them are episodes of lots of different anime.

Games! With the sale season starting I've bought a few games on Steam lately with more to come I fear. But such good games for cheap... Oh my poor wallet.

I prefer the SNES over the NES, mainly for the exact reasons Toad mentioned, couldn't have said it better myself.

Davideo7 : I've seen the type of ad he mentioned before, it's just one of those innocuous little ads that appears in the banner at the top or bottom of the pages, nothing major to worry about.
There's not really any point in blocking or removing it otherwise you'll just have to end up blocking 90% of the ads if you go after every one that's a scam :/
Just my two cents worth.

I voted for Windows Vista. I've been using the Ultimate edition pretty much since it came out and it hasnt given me any reason to change, it runs everything I need it to and supports all my hardware so I'm happy with it.
I think the reason lots of people dislike it is because most havnt used the best version, they have only used the cheap crappy version that came standard with lots of PCs.
I have used a bit of 7 and I think I can say that it really just uses Ultimate as its base.
