zanderlex : Well hopefully if you had a pokemon with low health, especially in a challenge of this kind, you would rotate it out so it wouldn't get killed.  and also the nickname is just to form a bond with said pokemon  and is not required I cant force you to follow the rules

(Note: this is not a "real" nuzlocke challenge this is just a challenge that is harder than normal while still allows for 100% completion)
So I decide after downloading off game jolt Pokémon 3d that I wanted to

do a Nuzlocke like challenge but I made a few changes so if any one else

wants to do the challenge here are the rules
1. If a Pokémon feints its dead and must be either put in a box or released which ever you choose
       1a. If a trainer feints your Pokémon it is not dead unless it was feinted while you were already in the red. unless it is on one of the evil teams such as team rocket then its still dead by any means it dies.
         1b. Unless the Pokémon was feinted by a critical you have until the end of the battle to revive it
         1c. You can only carry one revive at a time
         1d. Feint by poison is always death.
2. You can only catch one Pokémon in each area you enter. This resets each time you use a Pokémon center
3. You cannot carry more than 5 pokeballs in total no limits on which you use
4.

You can only catch two of any Pokémon including shinnies(ex: if you

already have two lucarios and you find a shiny you cannot catch it) and

the two you catch must be of opposite genders.
         4a. You can only catch a Pokémon if you have a open slot in your party
5.

You may breed Pokémon, but you must retire the female Pokémon to do it

and I must stress you can only breed with her once. Put in a box or

release it afterwards doesn't matter which. This also allows you to

catch another female Pokémon of that type.
6. You must nickname every Pokémon
7. Items (besides a revive as seen in rule 1b, and 1c, and pokeballs) can only be used outside of battles.

The reason for the name of the

challenge every time you save or you finish the game tutorial (like in

heart gold going and seeing Mr. Pokémon) you must save and write a story

about your adventures in some form or fashion. Recording the adventure

and posting it along with making a comic both count. (note there is no full record of my first play through a virus caused my computer to lose the game I was playing this on)

Furret : while yes it is not a very good nuzlocke variant this is supposed to be a softer challenge more meant for making a good story than trying to be hard and to try and offset the breeding you can only breed once with a female so if you want a good breed you have to sacrifice a good Pokémon. As for the route thing I made it that way so you can actually fill the pokedex if you want that as part of your story.

Day one

I cant believe I'm finally started on my adventure as a Pokémon trainer today and to think this morning I thought today was going to be boring.  It all started this morning as I was playing Mario for the fifty something time on my wii when mom suddenly called me downstairs to tell me that professor elm had an errand for me to run.  Thinking it was probably to make and deliver some more Gloom sap (don't ask how) to Mrs. Johannes next door I tried to get Mrs. Johannes's son Kenny to do it. After I recovered from the mother's death stare attack I quietly made my way out the door.  when I got there I was expecting Mr. Frown (Dr. Elm's Gloom) to be sitting on the table with "The Apparatus" attached to it but instead there were three pokebals sitting on table in a perfect row Elm's assistant wasn't there and I could only assume that Dr. Elm was in the back. So I took a seat and waited. It seemed like hours had passed when I looked down at my watch when I remembered that I had left my pokegear at home and thus no watch. Luckily I didn't have to wait too much longer because Elm walked In and after a minute of confusion as to why I was there he suddenly remembered and told me that I was to go to a Mr Pokémon in the next city over because during the last call he got from him he mentioned some major find but a flock of hoothoots came by and damaged the cell tower in the city and he hadn't heard back since he said that usually he would go himself, but due to the recent increase in feral Pokémon hostility he was too busy taking care of injured Pokémon  and even people. So he needed to send someone else to do it and well I guess I was the best Candidate Elm also said that I would need someone to help me so he said I could have one of the rare Pokémon he had just go from a far off island. He said they were called Chikorita,  Cyndaquil, and Totodile, I took a long while thinking it over and finally went with Cyndaquil when I first took him out of the ball I instantly knew his name Festus named after a dragon in one of my favorite books. Then he said go on if your quick you can get to his house before it gets too dark. So I dashed home got my pokegear and tell mom where I was going and that I'd be home tomorrow. So I started off for my small little adventure.  The news had been right about the increase in feral Pokémon hostility on my way to Mr Pokémon's house I met up with several hoothoots and a rattata that I could of swore were out for blood. After stopping to pick up some medicine and even got some brand new shoes I made to Mr. Pokémon's house and not only did I meet him But also professor Oak who is one of my favorite radio hosts! After introductions were made Mr Pokémon said that the reason he called was because he had found a unknown egg and wanted it analyzed by Prof. Elm.  Prof. Oak said he had more to do in the city, but before he left he gave me one of his pokedexes and said he knew Elm had made the right choice in choosing me for festus and that when I was ready he wanted me to go out and have an adventure and to fill up the pokedex to the brim with entries.  He left soon afterwards Mr. Pokémon said I should spend the night with him I gave a quick call to Mom to check in and started looking at the pokedex and I found this journal section so I decide I would keep up a journal of my travels and achievements here's to a successful journey and Goodnight.

I just got the core rulebook and relay want to get into the game. I cannot Gm because I lack any of the additional books but would be willing to let anyone that wants to Gm be Gm. so please reply.

If someone will gm a pathfinder rp I would want to do that. I cannot gm it myself I only have the core book nothing like the bestiary or anything like that.

And back to the topic at hand you keep making God seem linear a beginning and end but as pointed out earlier he is geometric line no beginning no end.
