Hey there.  glad to have you here and I hope you enjoy it.  I love this place, and the games it has to offer.  I am big into anime as well, and finding it hard to come up with new ones to watch.  Have fun and take care

Eirinn :   Just last night I had a very frustrating moment.  I was SOOOO excited to find Valkyrie Profile on here for the PlayStation, so I immediately started playing about a month or so ago.  I had previously beaten it on easy mode many years ago, but the asking price for it these days is ridiculous at best for the actual game.  Any way, I have had to restart it a few times here on Vizzed, losing an hour or two here and there before realizing I can save multiple states for the game.  I finally made it to the last few bosses (almost) and a little over 60 hours into it, and it freezes on part of ending A (the best ending you can get) cut scene before you fight the final bosses.  I swore, and my wife walks in asking if everything was ok.  I looked at my screen with sadness in my eyes, as I have been playing this incredible game for so long, only to have it taken away from me again.  I have a save state at around twenty seven hours in, but I really don't want to go through all that over again just to have it happen another time...frustrated...I haven't had much luck with the PlayStation games on here so far.  Dragon View was another game for the PlayStation that crashed on me after thirty to forty hours in and nothing I could do about it

I have found a problem with the game Valkyrie Profile for the PlayStation.  After many years of wanting to play this very rare, hard to get game, I was so happy to find that this game is on Vizzed to play for free.  After a little over 60 hours into it, it freezes a few hours short of finally beating it.  Right after the cut scenes with Hrist and Brahms at the end, when Valkyrie regains her memories of her human life and gets her body back, the memory of Lucian freezes in mid memory.  I just wanted to let you guys know that I don't believe it to be my computer.  I don't think there is anything that can be done about it either way, and I was so disappointed to not get to finally beat it on hard mode and almost %100 it.  Oh well.  Thanks for your time.  Oh yeah, I do have a save state that's a little under 30 hours game play that I can go back to and see if I can still play through, but I am a little disheartened on the fact right now.

I wish it would rain more here in Texas so I didn't have to go out and water my garden so often

Terreocti :   I have every warcraft that was made, and their expansions.  Three was pretty good but my favorite is still two.  I am not going to include World of Warcraft, because that is a completely different game.  I haven't played three in quite a while, so I would have to re download it.  also, I have never been very good at pvp.  I was ok in stracraft though as protoss.  Let me think about getting it out and downloading it

GuyTheGuy :   Ok, so it says you are 15.  What type of shows or movies do you like to watch?  Anime has many more options than actual real life, so many people tend to venture towards the fantasy of anime.  Cartoons can do anything, where as real life is limited to laws.  Let me know what you are into, and I can give you some things to consider watching if you truly want to interact with your friends in that way.  If they do not appreciate the fact that you are truly not interested in what they are watching, then perhaps find something else in common.  Do they watch in sub or dub?  I find myself actually learning a little bit of Japanese with every show I watch, so there is that as well.  An entire culture and how they view things.  Try suggesting a show in a different language and see what they think?

Ultrajeff :   I have played every one of them from Final Fantasy 1, all the way to a little bit of Final Fantasy 13, even the harder to find console versions like 2.  I had to play quite a few on a borrowed Game Boy before they made the PlayStation counterparts.   My favorites, and there cannot be just one if you are a fan like me, goes as such, and in order, and why:

Final Fantasy VI - The pure story line is fantastic in every way.  The music is entrancing.  The characters are insane if you know how to level them, and some grow on you personally.  The fights are intense (unless you cheat...you know what I mean.)  Those brachasaurs, man...BRUTAL!  The game had a great amount of difficulty if you played it before internet, as I did, so no walk through meant you beat it the right way first, then you learned from your mistakes and played it again and again.  The replay is always great.  Probably the most played game for me of all time, and I even have the emulator on my phone so I can play it when ever I want.

Final Fantasy VIII - I know this is not the most popular choice for most people, but one that really got me hooked for some reason.  I loved the music.  The story was romantic to a point, and unlike Final Fantasy VII, everyone was kind of attracted to their own person, except for Quistis...poor Quistis.  I loved how different the stat boosting system was with the Draw ability, because, with time, you could make unstoppable characters.  I loved to hate that infernal card game Triple Triad, but when you got lucky enough to get the cards with the Random rule, and still win the Matron's card, that was the bee's knees.  It had so many differences from the previous ones, like Final Fantasy VII had to it's predecessors , that just made it a great game, and my second most played Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy VII - As I mentioned above, this game was a complete make over from the original top view, and they even threw in some unusual technology, and more earth like themes.  The Big Corporations are destroying the world, and your alliance must save the world from their destruction.  Hits a little close to home...but what do I know, I'm just a conspiracy theorist.  The story was brilliant and the music was very well done.  The game may have been ahead of it's time, graphic wise, but I still think they did a great job with it.  I loved the Weapons that the Earth unleashed, to try and stop the destruction, and how annoyingly powerful those last two were.  The Chocobo races to get the best summons, as well as the Coliseum to get omnislash, were kind of annoying, as well as getting all the huge materia just to be a bad mo fo and squash those Weapons and Sephiroth.  All in all, I liked the game so much, I named my new born daughter after Aerith

Final Fantasy - I grew up in the NES age, watching my Father play this, and watching him jot down every little piece of information onto graphing paper along side every twist and every turn to every map.  If you didn't out right buy this game brand new, you didn't get the first maps, the item and magic lists, and the world map.  I have both sheets still.  This was the first rpg I ever played, along side the first two Dragon Warrior games.  The music was simple, but I loved it, and I am so glad they kept it throughout.  It was so insanely difficult, that if you didn't write down everything that every town's person said, or map out every dungeon that you stepped foot into, when you went to play it again, you start from square one.  You could always call Nintendo Hotline for like $1.99 a minute, but at that time in life, 2 bucks was like 100 these days.  I really did like the fact that you "grew up" after Bahamut's dungeon, and then you just tear through the rest of the stuff.  You could make an entire party of warriors and just slaughter, or throw in a black mage and a white mage and still slaughter.  I like the 2 warrior, black mage, white mage combo personally.

That's my favorites list and why

Ultrajeff :   I am a pretty firm believer in the fact that we were possibly created by them tens if not hundreds of thousands of years ago.  I have heard many theories about many different things, and I won't use the word conspiracy.  Everything from six different races battling to either protect or destroy us, living amongst us in the deep underground military bases scattered all over the world, to them actually living in plane sight with us completely unaware.  I do believe we are not alone in this universe, and I do believe we have been visited many times by them in the past and up to the present.  I read an article, and I wish I could remember what it was called, but it was about "talking stones"  thousands of years ago, that would let you communicate with other people over great distances...cell phones perhaps?  And the ever present controversy of how the pyramids were actually built.  George Bush "bombing" the moon to "look for water?"  I even heard that we were warned to never come back to the moon the last time, so we have not been back since...well, not that the public has heard about anyway.  There are lots of great theories out there that are definitely worth looking into.  I may or may not have even seen a UFO myself, and I am still not sure, to this day, what it could have been.  Either way, I will believe in extraterrestrials long before I believe in ghosts...lol

I wish my cat's semi broken leg would heal itself and she could be the young, spry kitten she once was.

HeavyMetalGamer :   I really didn't like anything after their Formulas Fatal to the Flesh album.  Same with Slayer and Pantera.  Slayer lost it after God Hates Us All album, and Pantera Lost it after Great Southern Trend Kill.  It really sucks when really good bands lose what they once had.  I guess you can only do so much before you run out of options and things you have already tried, or someone else has already done.  When you are at Yngwie's level, I would not doubt he is very egotistical.  He has been called the best guitar player in the world....ever.  That's a pretty nice accomplishment, and I would let that go to my head as well.  He has some nice teaching videos also, so he has that helpful side too

Ultrajeff :   There are too many to list.  It's not possible for me to have a favorite.  Anything from Les Miserable is wonderful.  Slayer, Morbid Angel, Pantera, Deicide, Rotting Christ.  Journey, Toto, Queen for when I am feeling nostalgic. Dragonforce is insane guitar as is Yngwie Malmsteen.  Black Label Society, God Dethroned, Cannibal Corpse.  I loved the Avatar soundtrack.  All Four One, Boys To Men.  Garth Brooks, John Michael Montgomery, Tim Mcgraw.  Lord Belial, Hecate Enthroned, Dio, Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engaged.  Really, I like all music in general.  I personally do not consider rap to be music, therefore I do not listen to it except when it is on at work.  I could go on and on about why I like what I like, but I just appreciate what some of these people can do both vocally and technically

Eniitan :   There is nothing better, to me, than a nice cold beer after working on the lawn, or a nice stiff drink after work.  That always makes me feel better.  I love listening to my four year old girl singing.  She always makes me laugh and smile.  Knowing that I can play thousands of awesome games here brightens my day too

Eniitan :   The only barbecue I like is when it is on the meat I am grilling, and even then, I rarely cook that way.  I really prefer salty over sweet flavors, and barbecue is kind of a sweet taste

Belial :   Besides the sweet sound of me downing a nice, strong whiskey and coke, I am listening to Satyricon's Dark Medieval Times

Mynamescox44 :   Thankfully my flame shield nullifies ice attacks....not really sure what happens to the ice bolt there, but at least it doesn't hurt me.

I attack the user below me with a 20 foot anaconda eating a full grown black bear

Totts :   Fern Gully was amazing, as was the first Land Before Time.  I am pretty big into anime, so the next one I plan on watching is Mirai Nikki: Redial, or the next episode of Dragon Ball Super when it comes out next Sunday

Eniitan :   I had the unfortunate chance to try hamburger flavored pringles....I was surprised to note that they did not taste like a hamburger at all.  I do love potato chips in any form, being a salty over sweets person.  I have tried many different flavors, but the originals will always be the best.  Original, ranch, cheese.  You just can't beat those.  I did not really care for the honey mustard flavor though, and I have never been a big fan the artificial barbecue flavor either
