Ok, you are wrong. There are many instances in the old testament where god hardens a pharohs heart or drives a king mad enough to the point where he runs around with the beasts. So you can only infer that not only does he create yuor personality but also he is controlling it right now. That is if you believe that Yahweh and Theos are the same.

Abotion is a great taboo and I don't side with it, but with out it the chances a pregnant women who doesn't want the child will take to get rid of it not kill the fetus, but also puts her life in perile. Yes there is still that same danger when it is done profesionally but the risks are greatly decreased. If it came down to it I personally would not choose abortion, but I feel maore comfortable that women are going to profesional docters for this service instead of profesional boxers.

Hmmm... Before we have to endure any more grammatical and spelling errors, John, every state with exception of a few has a significant enough population that anyone intelligent running for President would campaign each one thoroughly. I was pissed off that Al Gore won the popular vote but lost the election. Anyway if you're going to argue here you should try to make sense.

Wow, quite articulate. I'm suprised that Florida got away with what they did a second time, sans the hanging chads. There seems to be a strong republican surge across the country, however locally all the epople I've discussed the topic with are democratic or libertarian. What confuses me is how conservative "information" is not exposed for the propaganda that it is. I have a question for John. How big is your local population?

I am for the death penalty only because there is situations where severity of the crime allows for nothing else. Osama bin Ladin is not an American citizen so his case would be a lot more complicated, but as for US criminals anyone considered a serious threat to the public should be put down.

I'm extremely unorthodox christian. I find most of the bible(new testament)to be ancient Roman propaganda in order to maintain their influence.

I am questioning the simple fact that some people believe that an action, that doen't violate anyone, is inherently evil. I thought this was a logic and debate board where people debate using logic. So, logically, two consenting people of the same sex engaging in the act of sodomy is not infringing on anyone's rights or interests. To repeat over and over," homosexuality is wrong, the bible says so." is a silly cop out. I've used many examples to help my point of veiw whereas those who think it is wrong redundently use the same cop out. I challenge you to prove me wrong sans bible quotes. Give me a substantial arguement , please.

I personally enjoy reading Robert Crumbs early and later comics. I enjoy his autobiographical comics. The art and storyline compliment each other well. Some other comics that I like Are Too Much Coffee Man by Shannon Wheeler and Milk and Cheese by Evan Dorkin. I'm interested in finding new comics that are fun and interesting.

I rarely concern myself with someone's sexuality unless I'm interested in having sex with them, which means they will have the appropiate sexuality. I don't think this has anything to do with religion or moral issues. The problem, I believe, is when people claim homosexuality is wrong because of religion or moral issues when in fact the people are made uncomfortable by imagining homosexual sex. This makes the solution ridiculously simple, since gay people won't stop being gay, quit imagining them having sex.
