I'd say....dragon and bug.  Reason? There's definitely not enough dragon types and they need to start making some bug-types with bug types moves that are actually strong enough to be taken seriously. About 90% of them today are just jokes almost as bad as the sunkern line.

I'd be mewtwo mainly cause he's probably the smartest Pokémon so far and able to use it to the fullest potential (being a psychic Pokémon) and the ability to make clones of Pokémon means I could beat any Pokémon (assuming I can make a clone of it fast enough) and being able to fly is just way to awesome to miss (assuming the things that happened in the Pokémon movie can happen)

P.S. Clean_Smilez : um just a heads up agumon is a digimon but if you're going that way I'd  be Crowmon. ^^
