I love Astropop. Love it. This game is amazing. The aim of the game is to take the colored blocks and match em with blocks of the same color. There are different kinds of blocks, like the proximity bomb, and the row bomb. But instead of just telling you how amazing it is, I'm gonna tell you why its great, because that's how a review works. Ha, just joking. Seriously though, lets get on with it. Oh, by the way, just realized this is a review of Astropop DELUXE. The one on steam. Whoops.

Graphics: 7
The graphics in this game are pretty good. The characters at the bottom are nicely designed, and very detailed. Each characters ship is different and nicely designed. The hud is very detailed. The different special blocks are nicely designed too.

Sound: 10
The music in this game is amazing. And I mean AMAZING. Its fast paced, catchy, and all around awesome. The sound is good too, and the voice acting, (what little there is) Is well done.

Addictiveness: 9
This game will have you up all night. You will be playing this game for hours on end. How high of a score can you get?

Story: 7
Believe it or not, there is a story. Its not a terrible story either. There is a different story for each character. I'm gonna explain the basic story of the default characters.  Vector, a space pilot delivering quadrillium, gets a distress signal from an alien woman, known as Vixx. Her planet is collapsing in on itself, and she needs help quick. Its up to Vector to save her.
Meanwhile, Sprocket, a mechanic, is traveling through space with her robot friend Turbo. Turns out, Turbo has a malfunctioning logic chip. And Sprocket has to get it fixed. An easy task, right?

Depth: 10
This game, as I said, you will be playing for hours on end. There is a lot of stuff to do. Arcade mode, Survival mode, Campaign, Unlockable Characters, and addictive gameplay will keep you busy for quite a while.

Difficulty: 8
As I said in my Traintown Review, the difficulty is like a ramp. It gets harder the higher you go. But do not be discouraged young gamer, for there is gold at the end of this rainbow. There are power ups for you to use, a Final Smash like move, and upgrades you get every 4 (?) levels.

Overall: 8.5
If you don't already have this game, you should definitely get it. I mean, look at all this cool stuff in it! Sorry this review wasn't 500+ words. Hope you enjoyed this review! There are more to come!

Not sure if this is a dupe or not but, this is a place to post things that don't belong in their own topic or are not pig enough to get their own topic.

Swipecart. Its a game that cost 1 dollar on the app store, but costs 5 on steam.
Both versions are terrible. No soundtrack, Mindnumbingly boring gameplay, an anomaly of game controls that you have to experience to understand. Its just an all around terrible game.

Just wanted to hear your opinions about this movie. If you haven't heard of it, here is a quick summary. (no spoilers of course)
This guy goes into journalism. He records crashes and murders and just watches them without trying to stop them. It seems super interesting.

If you could be any character from any video game, who would you be and why?
I would be Koops from Paper Mario TTYD. I'm similar to him in many ways, like the fact that we are both cowards.

Oh my Goodness, Train town! This game is my CHILDHOOD! This game caused me to learn how to use a computer when I was four.

Graphics: 9
The graphics are amazing for 2000, and still pretty realistic and beautiful to this day. With astounding detail, accurate models based on real trains, and the fact that this was made in 2000, this definitely deserves a 9.

Sound: 9
The music is good. The songs sound like real songs that you would hear on the radio. The sounds, oh my. The sounds are incredibly realistic. Like the graphics, they put an astounding amount of attention to detail into this. The train whistles, diesel horns, and other sounds sound like something you would hear on a real railway.

Addictiveness: 9
This game is incredibly addicting. I have probably bought this game 4 times. Granted, it because I lost the CD a bunch of times, but still. This game grabbed my attention when I was 4. That must say a lot.

Depth: 9
There are tons of levels, each with a large amount of area to explore. Different jobs to do, different vehicles to drive, and lets not forget the build your own railway section in the tutorials.

Difficulty: 7
The difficulty in this game is like a ramp. It gets harder the higher up you get on the ramp. There are 5 (?) job bins to pick from, each with a different difficulty level.

Overall: 9
This game is astounding. So much fun to drive trains around all day long. With great graphics, great sound, and great fun, this is a must have.

Epigam is a website of little known indie game developers. They are rather small and not well known, but have a lot of potential, much like a garage band. You can easily find it here: http://epigam.prophpbb.com/ . The community is a little sarcastic and silly, but they are pretty nice.
The games they make are certainly creative and fun.

That's good, It always seemed like a good idea to me. Maybe we will be able to make our own sprites for our players to battle as.

Not sure if this is the right place to put it, but here we go. You know those stats that you gain through level ups and items? Is there ever gonna be a battle system for it? I would love to see it.
