SMEARGLE used SPORE!
Wild RAIKOU fell asleep.
SMEARGLE used SUPER FANG!
(Raikou: 50% HP, asleep)
(several minutes later)
Raikou: 1 HP left, Asleep.
I chucked 35 Ultra Balls at it, and it broke out of all of them. Then:
Wild RAIKOU woke up!
Wild RAIKOU used ROAR!
SMEARGLE fled in fear.
. . .
The rest of the roamers looked like that as well (Gold, so Suicune and Entei)

Lugia, level 70. Got it down to 1 HP with above strategy, stalled out all of the Recovers, and then it Struggled to death. ...

Growlithe Roared away all the time as well, even the shiny ones. (...)
Phanphy fled, even the shiny one.
Geodude Self Destructed in my face. And it was shiny.

As for Boss Fights:
Whitney's stupid cow was annoying as well.
Clair's Kindgra was hard the first time around (my team: Typhlosion, Level 63, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Ember, Cut. Very original)
Red's Snorlax. I eventually Perish Trapped it with Misdreavous because of Rest in Gold.
Feebas in more recent games. It took forever to find one.

I think that Crystal All is the hacked remake of Crystal. I'm pretty sure the encounter rates are different (for instance, you can find level 7 wild Eevee in the wild right next to New Bark town during the day, or level 60 Charizard/Kadabra during the night, in the same location) You can catch all 251 Pokemon (I'm pretty sure; I've never actually tried it), and the Gym Leaders and bosses have different or stronger teams (I believe Red's team are all near level 100). However, the routes, layout, and graphics are the same.

My team is:
Tyranitar (level 55)
Typhlosion (level 55)
Ampharos (level 55)
Believe it or not, we just swept Red. No items. So there.

I prefer Dialga, but I think that Palkia is better in competitive play.
However, Dialga resists most of Palkia's moves, making it harder for Palkia to kill it.
Dialga just looks cooler though, so...

May I suggest a Professor Moss? Perhaps even a female one, something we haven't seen in 15 years.
