Depends on the specific of the game. Story wise, it's Final Fantasy IV. Character wise, it's Final Fantasy VII. Cloud Strife is my favorite character. As for game play, I like the "real-time battle" deal the best (more challenging), so IV and VII fit in that category.

At first I couldn't wait to play it. Then I played it. Hugely disappointed. The game play was okay, but felt clunky at times. The story wasn't nearly as long as I expected, and the characters that you play as all have the same fighting style, minus the two items and spells you find. Over all, not worth the time to me.

During lunch, my friend (who LOVES the Fire Emblem series) asked me how I liked Awakening. Now keep in mind that Awakening is my first Fire Emblem game. He asked me how many units I lost and said none. I told him that I got units killed, but they came back after battle. I said I chose to play on Casual (or whatever it's called) mode, where you don't permanently loose units. He said nothing else except have a shocked look on his face. Is there not some "casual" mode for the other Fire Emblem games?
