From the looks of the Model you gave your not meeting the minimum system requirements. Chantelise Requires; CPU - P4 1.7ghz + and from your computer model it can range from P4 1.6ghz -2.4ghz Video Card - DirectX 8.1-compatible video card of any type with at least 64 megabytes of video RAM, Your on board only has 16MB RADEON 7500 ATI Mobility video chipset. Memory - 256mb needed, your computer only supports 1gb TOTAL, with XP running you don't meet those requirements. Use this site : http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx I use it all the time to find out if I can run certain games, Has a nice list. If it is not on there Google the games system requirements. here is a site that links your computer specs: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-42218 Hope I helped. If you need anymore help just ask. I do IT support for a living. hoguan : Yea you need more ram. 2GB is the LEAST amount to run vista(your motherboard only supports 2GB, DDR-400 is what is uses). Also you can find a cheap AGP 8x card maybe less than $40.00. To be honest, that computer is severely outdated. Depending on your budget you can make a decent CPU for under 500 even 400. But some people cant afford to build a new PC ![]() Also to ANYONE that has issues when there wasn't any before, Do a good Cleaning on your computer, Physically and Software wise. 1. Run your antivirus 2. Run super anti-spyware (or whatever you use) 3. Run Malawarebytes (whichever one you use for malware) 4. Do a Disk Cleanup, Check Mark all boxes that come up.(its in your Start menu- Accessory's - System tools- and its right there) 5. Run Disk De-fragment (same place as Disk cleanup) 6. Download Defraggler - Run that, really good program I use it on all my computers. 7. Update All drivers. Except Video drivers (if that's part of an issue) 8. Un install your video card drivers, Let windows find the new drivers. Then download the new ones from your video cards site (ATI or Nvidia) Now see if your having the same issues. If so let me know your complete system specs and I will try to help you out. I do IT work for a living I am willing to help for free for me fellow gamers ![]() To be honest, that computer is severely outdated. Smashbros64z : Yea that would be an epic computer! The price tag on that is insane! I would Love to have a Level 10! Those are so beautiful! I drool every time I see one. Sroag : Thanks! I tried, The next time I do an upgrade it will be a whole new system. GTX 570's are so nice. I couldn't afford that. I really want a new computer soon since Unreal Engine 4 is coming soon and I'm sure my PC will epically fail at it haha. Forgot to Mention I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and about 2TB of HD space with 7200rpm WD's Sroag : Thanks! I tried, The next time I do an upgrade it will be a whole new system. Ok so 2 months ago I went threw my old PC and thought it needed some revisions done to it. Here is a picture of it kinda messy and ugly, Specs are after the picture; ![]() Case - Thermaltake Armor Full tower (old version) CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.0ghz CPU cooling - Silverstone Nitrogen Motherboard - Nvidia SLI 680I Graphics card - Gigabyte GTS 250 Power Supply - cheap 550w cheifmax Hard drive - Western Digital 7200rpm 300gb Optical - DVD/CD burner Sony brand Optical 2 - Lite-on Bluray player So after some thinking and finding cheap parts and doing a few upgrades, Its an older system so I wasn't gonna go a ton of money into it. Here is some of the parts I got with links to them; Case - Rosewill Blackhawk Mid-Tower - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107 Power supply - Diablotek UL series 675W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817822016 CPU cooling - Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065 CPU cooling fan to do a "Push/Pull" effect - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103069 Motherboard - EVGA Nvidia SLI 780I - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188024 RAM - OCZ SLI 4gb - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227269 Case Cooling, Behind Motherboard fan - Scythe 120mm (only 12mm thick) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185139 South Bridge Cooler - Enzotech SLF-1 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835708006 Mosfet Cooler - Enzotech MST-780i - http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7599/vid-112/Enzotech_MST-780i_Forged_Copper_Mosfet_Heatsink_-_BFG_EVGA_XFX.html North Bridge Cooling - I used the old heat sink and set up a fan to blow the opposite way instead of onto my VGA. Wireless Adapter - Rosewill RNX-N180UBE - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833166056 Graphics Card - MSI GTX 550 TI Cyclone 2, OC - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127573 Not a bad list, Dire needed things to make it playable for Diablo 3. The old setup could play it just not well. Here is the new case with power supply mounted, ahhhhh nice cable management and bottom mounted PSU ![]() ![]() here is the stack of parts, Minus the North bridge cooler on the top right (didn't fit) and the VGA, Mosfet are not pictured but will be later ![]() ![]() This picture is the new motherboard and CPU cooler mounted, this is the initial setup in a later photo I changed it a little (notice the stock north and south bridge coolers) ![]() Here it is mounted inside the case ![]() Looks pretty good, color matching. I like this case a ton. Here is the setup before the change all completed and running well and cool ![]() ![]() here is outer view ![]() So after all this got done my Mosfet, and VGA came and I can add them in ![]() ![]() here is the Mosfet ![]() Here is the final setup today, Notice that I changed the orientation of the CPU cooler to point up and out, so that the North bridge cooler shoots its air up into the giant fans. And the VGA is in there and running smooth! ![]() So after all this was said and done, I now have proper cooling and now I over clocked my CPU from 3.0ghz to 4.0ghz, and ran it threw prime for 24hrs and memtest for 24hrs with zero errors ![]() ![]() ![]() Case - Thermaltake Armor Full tower (old version) CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.0ghz CPU cooling - Silverstone Nitrogen Motherboard - Nvidia SLI 680I Graphics card - Gigabyte GTS 250 Power Supply - cheap 550w cheifmax Hard drive - Western Digital 7200rpm 300gb Optical - DVD/CD burner Sony brand Optical 2 - Lite-on Bluray player So after some thinking and finding cheap parts and doing a few upgrades, Its an older system so I wasn't gonna go a ton of money into it. I just picked it up, didn't realize it came out today. Anyone else pick it up? I have the original PC version still in the box but its not compatible with my PC lol. But the new one is compatible with Windows xp,Vista, and 7 32/64bit. More than happy to dish out $9.99 for it. I have the original PC version still in the box but its not compatible with my PC lol. I got an iPhone 4 last February.... Biggest mistake. I miss my Evo badly, how easy it was to get things for it, How it was easy to hack it. Just seems everything for the iPhone is just harder to get/do. For instants my OBD2 app to monitor my cars specs, the app was $5, and the Bluetooth dongle was 20, The iPhone "equivalent" is $49.99, and the dongles for that program are $20-$40. Everything apple related is 2-10 times more cost, and only marginally better. I will buy my Evo off eBay and sell the iPhone. And make $100.00 from selling it. lol I will buy my Evo off eBay and sell the iPhone. And make $100.00 from selling it. lol |

My thoughts exactly Bnudge. Virus,Spyware, Malware, And disk clean up should be ran once a week. Defrag once a month. That's what I've been doing for years and rarely ever have an issue. |

Vista sucks because(my opinion and facts); 1. Sucks 25% more memory to run than windows 7. 2. Divers and stability are far better than vista. 3. The UI to me is not that great. 7 looks a lot more crisp and faster. Example: My current laptop came with windows Vista Ultimate 64bit ran great just seemed slow and boggy. I had access to Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and decided to upgrade, the difference in speed and how everything worked was 50% better or more. Everything just seemed to click easier and run more efficiently. Guess that's just my opinion tho, To each their own ![]() Also to the question, You can download Windows 7 ultimate as in torrents. But that requires a burning and then using it. But that is also HIGHLY illegal. 1. Sucks 25% more memory to run than windows 7. 2. Divers and stability are far better than vista. 3. My most painful experience is when I had a 71' Ford F100 fall on my rib cage cause my brother forgot to put a jack stand under the frame instead of the jack its self. Started to bang on the sway bar mounts and the truck fell, glad there was a tire under the front frame end (not sure how it got there, i think it rolled there) Ended up with 6 bruised ribs. They still hurt just thinking about it. Never, Ever trust a jack. I have always been one to use jack stands and this is the reason. My brother now uses jack stands for everything, Which you should be. Changing the tire jack is ok since its something that is done without being under the car, Anything else use jack stands. Learn from my mistake of not checking before I started working on my car. Never, Ever trust a jack. I have always been one to use jack stands and this is the reason. I have done a ton of dumb/stupid things when I was younger lets start to say them! Ha ha 1. When I was 8 I rode my bike down a huge hill, lost control and broke my arm in 3 places. 2. When I was 15 I was off-roading with a friend when he drifted around a corner and nailed the side of the berm it flipped the car 3 times, Had whiplash and a dislocated Knee. 3. When I was 18 and In the army, I was running in BCT and must of landed wrong and messed up my back, Ended up being 2 herniated discs. 3 epidurals and rejected all 3, including the blood patches ![]() 4. I was 22, When working on my car, told my brother to put a jack stand under the front frame to hold the car up, he forgot to, and left the jack on and when I banged on the sway bar mount underneath the car it lost grip and fell on me, lucky I placed the tire under the front support (didn't even mean too I think it rolled there) it stopped it just enough not the crush my rib cage. Had 6 bruised ribs. They still hurt every so often to this day. So that's the fun I have had ha aha. Still alive and kicking. Now I know "Do it yourself, So you know it got done" ha ha 1. I'm a NY jets fan, and they are probably gonna go 4-12 maybe? Ha ha too much drama and whining over contracts. Bills are looking scary defensively. Packers always look great, Aaron Rodgers is always a consistent QB, not to mention all the great WR Looking forward to the QB battle with the cardinals, Don't know how long Kolb will last. That O-line keeps getting him hurt and he is not fast enough ha ha. Lets hope for a great year with no serious injury's and fair play ![]() Bills are looking scary defensively. Been watching Anime fore just about 12 years now. What got me into it was when I saw Akira for the first time. Amazing movie for its time. Since then I have watched well over 200+ anime series and movies. I just love anime. Currently watching Bleach, and got tired of waiting for dubs for Naruto so I am just about to watch subtitled.
