Also, Arrival. If you haven't seen it, go watch it. It's overall a great film by Denis Villeneuve, the guy who did the new Dune film, Blade Runner 2049, and Sicario. But Arrival, in my opinion, is his subtle masterpiece.

Believe it or not, I have never gotten into the FF IV remake craze. However, after they are all released, I may give them a try. It's just so much time when I have so many other games to play. Like I still have probably 50 hours on Zelda TotK, then I want to play Baldur's Gate 3, Elden Ring, Starfield... who's got the time!?

I have surprisingly little CP, despite being Admin for some time. I think many modding actions (at least back then) didn't give as much CP as staff actions. This has motivated me to find more contributive actions to take!

Last movie I saw was Octop****, a James Bond movie from the Roger Moore era. It was corny, not particularly great, cringy, with good action in cool locations, all the stuff you want from a James Bond movie.

Funny you wrote this, as I was just looking into what happened to the Trauma Centre franchise a few days ago.

This was a franchise by Atlus that revolved around doctors performing surgery and other tasks and included mechanics that used either the stylus or wii remote.

I love medical things, and really enjoyed this game, especially the last installment, Trauma Team. The funny thing is that Trauma Team wasn't a critical flop; it got pretty good reviews and most people found it enjoyable. However, it didn't sell well at all, which was surprising for a Wii game, the Wii being such a success.

Unfortunately, being a financial flop meant Atlus dropped the Trauma Centre series.

Dauntez : The Xbox controller is a little better than Play Station, I’ll give it that much. But, the switch pro controller is a lot like the Xbox one, but slightly better. Has better battery life and it’s less, “curved” if you know what I mean. I don’t have big hands, and I think that’s why I don’t love the Xbox ones as much. But the batteries make it a clear looser overall.

tornadocam : Very insightful post. I often think about how the next 100 years or so are going to go for the USA. Most people can’t imagine the USA not being a superpower. They have huge GPD, have a very powerful military, are in tons of security councils, and even their culture (movies, music, TV, etc) has international appeal. But… all empires have their decline. I think you are correct. The USA is likely on the verge of its decline, but it isn’t going to happen overnight. I think in 100 years of so, Brazil, China, and/or India might take over as the superpowers (the “BRICS” countries). It’s hard to predict, though, the next superpower could be the randomness country, like… Venezuela, there’s no way to know for sure.

I saw this post on Instagram where someone said in a comment “How strange it is to be anything at all” and other people commented that it was from a song called “In the Aeroplane Over the Sea” by Natural Milk Hotel.

It’s not one of my favourite songs. It reminds me to find beauty in the world and hold those I love close, as time is so short. So I have that song in my head the past several weeks.

Fall does seem to be a common favourite season. However, being in Canada, I can’t believe you find September too hot sometimes! I mean, I even don’t find September too hot and look at my suit of armour.

A very unpopular opinion, but I LOVED the game cube controller because their buttons were slightly different shapes and not just in a typical cross pattern. It made them much more memorable and easy to learn and play fast games. I wish more controllers did that.
