I went out in search of the most legally potent alcohol I could find and ran across this stuff called Stroh. It is 160 prooof and after taking between six or seven shots your night is pretty gone. Once you imprison someone who is a threat to society and keep them there for life, you simply are going to run out of space on where to keep them. Giving the severity of our population growth I don't see this problem going away. When you run out space there is a tendency to release unrehibilitated prisoners. Giving it might be a small percentage of the prisoners released but they are still a threat to society. One solution would be to allow executions for the prisoners that are unrehabilitable. Another solution we could use is making practical laws. That is neither here nor there but this is my opinion on the death penalty.
