I'm playing the Zelda Ocarina of Time remake on the 3DS. It's amazing. I wasn't expecting it to be that different than the original one; but the number of annoying little things that bothered me in the original OOT were all fixed. Was worth buying.

I think that would be an amazing Idea. I'm not sure how it would go, but I for one know I'm going to get those games.

I don't believe in aliens(till now). But I wouldn't say that I won't change my mind in the future. They maybe out there like we are here.

There is a way you can find it everything about the game. I personally wouldn't recommend it because it kills the whole purpose of the game, but you get to make your choice.

I think it costs a lot for a console to be able to play or read a previous generation of games. Nintendo is not in a good shape right now, so I wasn't really expecting to play Game Cube games on the Wii U.

The first game I bought for myself was Contra on the original NES. Uhh I spent hours and hours trying to finish that game. Wasn't possible specially since I was only 6. But I will never forget that game!

Now I know that there are many threads about this topic, but almost all of them are either votes or just people simply asking questions about which console is better than the other. I have answered one of those threads with a very long and detailed answer. But now I have decided to add some stuff to it and share it in a new thread.

Note: I own both consoles and I love both whole a lot. Please fan boys don't be raging on me.

Price: The PS3 is around $50 more expensive.

Interface: Home Menu for PS3 and Dashboard for Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 has kind of a fancier looking interface. But it's less organized and it's slower to switch between tabs. I think this one goes to the PS3 because with time, we don't really care how the interface looks like, we just care that we want to log in, sit down, and player our game. We barely see the interface. This one goes to PS3

Profiles: Each person that is playing online should have a profile. The Xbox 360 profile is way more organized easy. The PS3 profile are not messy, but they are not as organized as the Xbox 360; moreover, It is way smother and faster to compare trophies with another player's profile on the Xbox 360 than the PS3. Xbox 360 takes this one.

Internet: XBL is $60 a year while the ps3 is free. (Ignore anyone that says that XBL is better or less laggy than PSN, It's simply not true)

Internet Browser: Available on PS3. Not available on Xbox 360. Simple as that.


Exclusive games: They both have great exclusive games, you can't wrong with any. I personally prefer PS3 exclusives; but remember, this is only my opinion. You are going to have to make your own research if you would like to compare the exclusives for the consoles.


Controller: Goes straight for the ps3. It's more comfortable ( Xbox controller causes the middle fingers and the left thumb to hurt after playing for a long time.) Plus, XB controller require batteries to work; while the PS3 controller can be recharged by plugging in a USB cable.

Cross-game Voice chat: Amazing feature that is not available on the PS3, only available on the Xbox 360.

Hardware: PS3 has a higher graphics and a better processing unit; however, the ram is larger in the Xbox 360. In English, the PS3 is capable of playing heavier games with higher graphics than the Xbox; on the other hand, the Xbox has a faster start up, less loading time, and faster saving or auto-saving.

I think overall PS3 is a better system than the Xbox. But again you can't go wrong with any console they're both really great.

If you are serious about getting a new console. I would seriously recommend getting both. If that is not possible for any reason, I would STRONGLY recommend getting the console that your friends own; because playing online with friends is way more fun than playing online with random people. 

That's pretty much the whole fight about console.

Thank you. About retro games.. I really hope you don't hate me for saying this but I never play video games on emulators. ohh brb pizza guy is here. back (ohh that smells so good).
Anyways, after seeing what happened to Nintendo with all the losses, I decided not to play games on emulators or used games unless they're not available. So, even though I'm trying as much as possible to be active here, I don't think i'll be playing those games.

I loved this game a lot. The puzzles are good, which is my type of game. But I don't think it deserved the heat it received. When I started playing the game, the first idea that jumped to my mind was Braid. I kept comparing it to Braid, which maybe one of the reasons Limbo didn't get one of the top games in my list.
And also there is the technical problems. The screen is too dark. It's all black. How did that affect me? My T.V. is Plasma; so it kept reflecting everything in the room and I couldn't see a thing. The only way for me to play this game was to be in a dark room. 

Other than these two small things. This game was amazing. I give it 9
