Sweet Game
So I haven't wrote and review in awhile, and I figured it's about that time. So this game is amazing, and I will like to drop so info on it for everyone. :) During the making of thracia 776, Shouzo kaga, the person responsible for making fire emblem decided it was time to leave intelligent systems to make his own company. Tirnanog company. This is were he worked endlessly on a game call the fire emblem saga. So Nintendo decided to charge tirnanog company and Enterbrain( the main distributor of the emblem saga) to not stock or sell it, and to pay 258.3 million yens, which is about 2 million bucks.
Since the emblem saga which is the first and original name to Tear Ring Saga a month or two before it was released was to similar to fire emblem. Well after multiple lawsuits they decided to continue selling the game anyway.(but still had to pay 76 million yen) It even has a four volume book, along with a soundtrack and a second( Berwick Saga). The game is awesome, it even as a 4 player multiplayer mode. This game is an awesome tactical RPG and as the game progresses you even have the option on a separate map to decide which play you would like to travel too. Their is two different storys, you divide your army into two different armies and smash and destroy all the way through. The graphics and sound is awesome, and it keeps your interest all through the game.
You can also use units trained in one person story in the opposite story and vise versa. Even know you travel different roads in the game for the most part, the two armies do come together at times and you can trade people along with item, makes it a little more interesting. On the battle field you can gather treasure and armor and weapons, which make it even more fun. The game starts you on an island called Riberia, which has been divided for a long time into 4 spate kingdoms. Although these kingdoms were destroy by a evil empire and his devil worshiping king. Earthworm Jim HD 04-26-13 04:51 PM

Earthworm Jim Revamped.
Earthwork Jim is one of my favorite games from the past and most rememerable when it comes to characters, on the Sega Genesis, and the Super Nes games video game era. This game has stuck with me through the years due to the amazing colored levels, the funny dialogue, and the amazing character designs. In this version of Earthwork Jim, they brought him back in HD and completely revamped for the new age of gamers in Earthworm Jim HD. This version of the game adds in a difficulty setting along with multiplayer, co-op o yea baby!
The same campaign is still here along with the same rooster of enemies like crows, angry dogs, pumped hamsters, and the bosses like psy-crowe and the evil queen pulsating ETC. You pick up different power-ups for your zapper like plasma, or you can still whip the baddies with your wormy body thanks to your space suit. As you work your way through the levels you get to do rocket races here and there in a 3D warp thing. In this place you can earn extra points by picking up orbs and also earn extra lives, which you will probably need.
The default difficulty of the game is a tad bit easier then the original, thank god if you want to play like the original all you have to do is change the level setting. Besides the story mode, you can play 4-player co-op levels, which can be played online, or locally on your 360. These stages are made from parts of the main game but add cool co-op elements like door switches and levers that people have to work together to operate. All players are on the same screen but the camera angles are awesome and the camera zooms way out. In the beginning the levels are well designed and the puzzles are fun.
At times you do get kinda lost on what to do in the beginning, but the bonus that you can acquire are amazing. As you progress through the levels, something happens. The levels don't look as good as they did in the beginning and the puzzles, well they don't even exist anymore. They ar... Read the rest of this Review

Torchlight 04-22-13 07:18 AM

Great Diablo Clone
This game is a great clone of Diablo, available for the Xbox 360. The game is set in the mining town of torchlight, which serves as your fortress of operations. The game sends the player into a demented underground dungeon of corruption that could cause the whole world to eventually end. Along with your pet at you disposal, you will dive into that amazing world of Torchlight. Torchlight is your simple click to move dungeon crawler, with quick action, random dungeons, experience points, red and blue potions, random named bosses and so much different equipment, that it will make your head explode! :) This game is so much like diablo, that if you try and tell me otherwise, I WILL laugh in your face lol
Torchlight has tons of options for customization, rather it be your talent points, socketed gems, adding elements to your weapons or armor to the enchanter that can power your weapons and armor up beyond belief, or strip them naked! In Torchlight you have an option of three different classes, with three different talent trees to build up and enjoy. If your a big fan of tweaking stuff, or searching on place after another, your in for a treat.
Each of the characters start out with pets, either a cat or a dog. Your pet follows you through the dungeons, fights right along your side, and powers up just like you. Another cool feature, is by stopping and taking a little break, you can do some fishing. I have always loved this feature in my games. You can catch magical fish and feed them to your pet, which will change it into a total different monster for so many mins, with different power levels and stats. There are some fishing spots that are hidden a little better then others where you can catch more rare magical fish. Only bad thing is, I'm a fan of multiplayer and you really don't have that option, but if your pet keeps you company, you have got it made.
As expected, you have the option of going off the beaten path and doing a lot of ... Read the rest of this Review

Walking Dead, The: Episode One 04-21-13 12:50 AM

Deserves a Review
So this is a great game that deserves a review, especially since I payed for each episode separate as soon as it came out, and I think you can actually just buy the game now lol [Plus I need to level dang it shhhhh] So this is Telltale games point and click adventure game adapted from the popular, The walking dead series. [Which I Love!] Now if you are the type of gamer that expects to pick up the remote and see all the fantastic improvements from the industry in this game, sorry choose again. But if you are a game that loves a story line, one that draws you in and rips at your emotions and keeps you coming back, make SURE you play this, its amazing.
We all know the hit comic book series The Walking Dead is what has brought zombies back to television in rather a HOT type of way. To the extent to where it is the most popular show on cable television. So if your family with the comics, the writer puts Rick and friends through complete hell the whole time. In that sense, this episode series follows the comic book better then the tv series, although the story of the game is def not the same as the comics. So, when you enter the walking dead game, your entering a whole new world of experiences, with new People, motivations and plots, telltale nails it on the head with this one.
So I don't want to get into detail on who the characters are and what happens and all the stuff, because it would basically tell the story. What I will sum this up with, is the story line will keep you snagged and wanting more all the way until then END. Then the big twist happens, so make sure your wearing your big boy/girl pants, cause its gonna rock you. Hope you enjoy the game, and thanks for reading!

BioShock Infinite 04-20-13 07:26 PM

Beautiful Game!
Ok so this game is def perfect for my second review, I hope you all enjoy reading as much as I did playing. So to call this game an exciting game, is def an understatement! For a title that some have called the most important game of the last five years, theirs a lot of tension riding on this one. This is the second game from Boston's irrational games, and this one starts almost exactly like the first one did. In infinite the year is 1912 and you play as Booker Dewitt, a man in serious debt. He is told he can repay the ones he owes by locating this girl, then he is sent to a fictional floating city of Columbia to find her. We learn very quickly the Columbia is the perfect little place it seems to be, that's for sure. Andrew Ryan had a perfect image of the underwater city of rapture, and the prophet know as Com stock in Columbia. Rapture went crazy with the knowledge of science, where as Columbia is obsessed with a racist and sexist superiority complex, worshipping the nations founders yet turning a cheek to equality and tolerance.
America moved into a world were all people are created equal, and Columbia floated away and decided to be segregated loll. I'm not sure right off if I have ever played a video game with such a serious, intense and unfolding narrative story. There are several different ways to play bios hock. You can race and shoot your way though the game in like 10 or 12 hours, orrrr you can take your time and enjoy every little beautiful thing about it. My advice is to play bioshock almost like a rpg I guess, try to open everything, talk to everyone, read anything that is readable, listen to everything everyone has to say, and leave no stone unturned my friends.
Very rarely does the story outshine the games gameplay, but the new bioshock in my opinion is def an exception. As a first person shooter though, this game would easily beat any other in completion. So there are a lot of similarity's between bioshock and infinite, theirs a lot d... Read the rest of this Review
