Pokemon Diamond

opestie of the gba pokemon games
After playing a lot of the game boy advanced Pokémon's I can say this one is really playable pretty much the same story line your a young trainer off on an adventure looking for new Pokémon to catch and gain badges along the way with new Pokémon and new poke balls added I find this game really fun and addicting.
overall:8 overall I give this an 8 which I know is pretty high but Nintendo really did bump up the graphics from the gba predecessor's and with the new Pokémon you'll be wanting to find them and catch them all the game play is a lot  better be it it's touch savvy on the attack basses which is better then switching from menu to menu in my opinion.
graphics: 10 I love the graphics in this game a heck of a lot smother and the game play is kind a slow at times but if your playing it on your computer you gotta figure it's gonna be slow but Nintendo did a really nice job on the graphics department.
sound 8: sounds a lil better here but they still have the same melo keyboard style music that Nintendo has always had though out the ages but he sounds for the Pokémon are better less cheesy and a lot clearer.
addictiveness 9: anyone who loves Pokémon will be addicted to this game all over again there is the original Pokémon and some legadanry ones thrown in ass well to but it is fun that's for sure be on the look out for my hearts gold review I'll let you know to.
story 8: your a Pokémon trainer who sets out on an adventure given to you by professor rowan which is a twist it's not professor oak. With new items added like a poke tech watch that sinks the time with your computer, and a heal ball which heals a Pokémon you caught in the wild it gives a new twist to the much popular story line.
depth 7: like any Pokémon game this is very long with trainers, gyms and wild Pokémon to catch but you'll have for sure finding all the new things.
difficulty 6: I give this a six cause of t... Read the rest of this Review
Tecmo Super Bowl 2014 (tecmobowl.org hack)

choose your team and do your best
A decent hack of a very popular football game I would say I didn't see any flaws and it's nice how they had the updated rosters for this season even though I picked the seahawks and failed in the second round of the playoffs whatever team you choose you won't be bored at all that's for sure.
overall:  I give this a 10 it's just pretty much your ai team going for the win and claiming a super bowl championship a version so to say of how you would've liked your teams season to have gone. Nice graphics and the sound is decent but for a hacked nes game you really shouldn't expect much
graphics: I might be going on a limb here but I give it a 9 it's well done and with no glitches at all like most hacks I've seen it is very well put together and I didn't see any flaws in the graphic dept again this is a nes hack and doesn't compete with those of madden or any other but it's still a good job
sound: only thing that's missing is where you can mess with the d line like in the nes game and make your qb say hike about 8 or 9 times but it does have the geniue nes sound quality and all the music as well I give this a 6
addictiveness: I gladly give this a 10 which sport fan or football fan hasn't played this way until the middle of the night with an up to date rooster and qb's that you can play and watch on tv at the same time you can shout at both of them at the same time and this game is still fun for a game that's decades old.
story: well the storyline is pretty simple take you team through a 16 week season and hope to make the playoffs if you lucky enough even win a super bowl ring it does have injuries and you can change you playbook and players if you don't like the way there playing I give the story a 8
depth: a long grueling 16 week season facing teams to get you out of the top spot this game has lots of challenges ahead of you with teams that are unpredictable can you imagine a team like the Tampa bay buccaneers going to the playoff... Read the rest of this Review
Metroid Super Zero Mission

samus the return
First review for the hack I'll try my best here :) anyhow here we are samus is back again in super zero mission an original of game boy but a great hack of the game boy version by far.

overall 8.6 I give this an 8 cause it's overall almost like playing super metroid with all the added bonuses of the game boy version the developer of this hack was a genius and he did it very well I don't see any flaws in this game except for a couple parts getting stuck but who doesn't in a game.
graphics 9: once I again I say the graphics from taking a game boy game and pretty much taking it into what looks to be a full blown snes game is genus samus is clear as day and with a few added pluses this hack makes it clear for you to get the items and extras that you need to get your suit up.
sound 10: all the game sounds you'd expect from a metroid game and even the pause between when your saving and going up elevators they did a good job duplicating the sound
addictiveness 10: come on who doesn't like playing this for hours on end then yelling at your screen for her to jump and shoot something metroid never fails to be one of the most addictive games I've played for a long time.
story 6: a little bit of extras that aren't in zero mission and the same thing really your ship crashes on metroid you search the alien planet for signs of metroids and the source of the problem and save the day
depth:8 this game is long and fun there's plenty of areas to search and lots to do and is a challenge by far even to the more experienced player it can be a challenge just from having to find where the items are.
difficulty 7: difficulty I would rank from medium to oh my god are you kidding me this game is insane. Just from the depth and challenges alone will leave you frustrated
that's my review hope you enjoyed it laters.
Final Fantasy Adventure

what game hasn't game boy prequelied?
Ok let the argument of this review begin in this prequel to the secret of mana later made on snes game boy prepares you for a short adventure to the set up of secret of man were you have to protect the tree of mana and a girl who is running away from the dark lord. Now to the good parts overall game boy did a decent job putting this game together even for a old school game system that you had to play in black in white and the text is very slow but it works it is game boy. Graphics surprisingly are a 6 even for a game with no color and in black in white it does have some pretty good graphics don't believe me try playing some of the other poorly done game boy games lol. Sound shocker here as well it's a nine it's not the cheesy sounds of someone in there basement with there keyboard playing elevator music the sounds are pretty good well except for the sword swinging that's kinda cheesy that's the only down fall. Addictiveness is ok so I gave it an 8 I could see myself playing this very short game if you think on it it's not a ff game cause those you usually play for hours and months and days tiring to beat it but I give it this cause it draws you in to the story which brings me to story... with is a 9 almost typical of Nintendo boy goes on a hunt for a girl who always seems to be running from some kinda evil boy saves girl and the mana tree all is happily ever after until.. (but that's a later snes game). Depth this game I gave a 5 the depth isn't really that good the game is short and the monsters are easy to beat except for bosses in the later depths of the game but all the bunnies and cats and other harmless animals are pretty easy. I give difficulty a 5 for it's pretty simple walk around to charge you sword and boom there's your power attack and some of the monsters and bosses are easy they don't really attack you unless your five feet in front of them. Well now that I opened the can of worms as to whither this is a prequel to secret of mana or not I just say this... Read the rest of this Review
Final Fantasy - Mystic Quest

odd but it is fun though
Ok so a lot of people have mixed feelings about this one it is a what I consider a b side to ff2 I believe if I rember right it came out a lil after ff2 did for snes.  overall I give the game an 8 cause weither you think it's odd or different it is fun I mean come on!! It's different but a newer side to final fantasy and you can choose the monsters you want to battle something you can never do in any ff games. Graphics are good for it being on super Nintendo they don't look choppy or poorly drawn some of the monsters in the game facial expression's when you get close to killing them are funny as heck to.  ok now for sound the music for the outside world and towns are decent they do make you relaxed while walking if that's possible in a video game now as the battles and boss battles what the heck are we in a rock concert? Defiantly way different ways to do a boss battle music. Odd but fun this game is very addictive once you start playing it you'll want to play it more and see what else you can find in the game and once you get further you'll see why it's addictive I used to own this on the sine's along time ago and played it a lot as well. Now for the story part ok who admits the story of this could've been done a lil better it pretty much follows all the ff story lines your the warrior of light looking for the fallen crystals pretty simple right. The battlefields are an added plus keeps from shopping at stores trying to spend hours buying supplies. Depth the game is very much long and difficult to get through in a certain time it could take you days to get though this and a challenge for newbs there is walkthroughs for those who need help. And difficulty I might be fair in giving this a 6 but it is realivly easy and hard towards the end and if you can't find it easy in the first three crystal parts then you need to play ff more ;)
