Xevious is so underated Xevious is a game I honestly would have played a lot of back then cause I loved  scrolling shooters the most, I don't see why I have never found this game before. I understand that by the looks of it doesn't really have much of a story to it given the limitations of games back then. But it is quite addictive and any other of the classic scrolling shooters. It does give quite a bit of difficulty to it at first, but I did manage to beat high score at least from the first attempt, the use of multiple weapons and the fact that you have air AND ground units definitely makes a shooter much more interesting. If not difficult to master on your first run. For the sounds in the game I noticed a glitch or two in it while the game was running smoothly, but they were okay in terms on what you had bad then to use, The intro music when you start a new life is very catchy to me though which is why I gave this a 7. And the Graphics were nice as is though not extra ordinary, just flat rate good as compared to other scrolling shooters I've played. Honestly overall it should have been a game you would have seen in an arcade, it seemed like something old and dusty at first glance of it but after getting to know it, it's quite the addictive game. I have yet to defeat the big boss so definitely challenging.
