Pokemon Fire Red	the strongest pokemon is what u make it to be, i always use charizard and even that alone i beat the elite 4 with...same with any other pokemon ive used to make it the best
Pokemon Emerald	torchic evolves at lvl 16 and then 36...and being as there are tons of grass and water around, torchic is best to go with, though its just harder in the begining
