Ahh, Spider-Man for the Nintendo 64. I remember playing this back when I was a wee lad. To be fair, I played that on a PC, so this review may be slightly biased towards the differences between the two. I'll try to not make that so.
Graphics: It's clearly an aged game, but what game on the Nintendo 64 is not? Actually, when compared to the average game on the system, this game had some very nice appearances. Now, they couldn't do cutscenes due to technical limitations and space issues, but they got around it in a very interesting way: The cutscenes turned into comic pages, which were pretty neat. Though there are some graphical hiccups....and by some I actually do mean quite a lot....
Sound: This game had some NICE music. I found myself stopping to enjoy it more than once.
Addictiveness: Well, I finished the game, didn't I? But seriously, the game changes patterns enough and has a good enough story to make me want to play it. I may not play it again until I get the rest of my backlog out of the way, but when I do, I know I'm gonna enjoy it.
Story: It's a whose-who of Spider Man villains who are (mostly) working for the same cause. It seems obvious at first, but the plot thickens later. And it has what I think is the best and, quite frankly, most badass original character. No spoilers, but MAN the ending boss is awesome.
Depth: I actually remember it being much shorter, but it actually took me a good chunk of time to finish. The action really doesn't subside. Lots of different things going on. Not to mention, assuming you aren't a cheater, all the collectibles. Comics and costumes galore. Each comic cover tells a story in itself and most costumes are special in their own ways.
