Fire Emblem 7 Review
Introduction:Hello! It's gamer29475, back from the dead. I haven't been on here for a while, but I'm back with a review of Fire Emblem 7. This game, also known as Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword or simply Fire Emblem, is a Strategy RPG created by Intelligence Systems, an in-house company of Nintendo. Fire Emblem 7 is considered by a lot of people to be the best of the series. Why? We'll see.

Gameplay:
The game is a Strategy RPG where you control a small army of units(ranging from 9-12) led by the three lords, Lyn, Eliwood, and Hector. You must use your army to accomplish various objectives, like looting treasure chests, murdering enemies, and accomplishing the main chapter goal. To do this, you must train your units. Your units all have strengths and weaknesses. Some are harder to train than others.
All of them can be viable given enough luck with the Random Number Generator. In this game, there is no conventional grinding, aside from the Arenas, which can be risky to use, and are in limited supply, so you have to distribute experience points carefully to the units that need it most.

However, there are a few flaws with this game. First, the RNG. It's generally not a problem, but sometimes it can screw you over. An enemy can kill you with a low chance of hitting and force you to reset. Another problem is that it can screw over characters in level ups. This can very rarely be playthrough destroying. Second, this game has one of the most long and boring tutorials in any game: Lyn's Story. It has a series of 11 chapters that railroad the player. Aside from that, and a few other irritating chapters, this game is very enjoyable.

Graphics: This game has amazing graphics! It's clear that the artists that designed the maps and sprites were very talented and enjoyed their work. The character sprites are simple and detailed at the same time. And the animations are excellent! The sprites move seamlessly and the animation is very enjoy... Read the rest of this Review

Metroid Zero Mission Review
Metroid Zero Mission Review: By gamer29475
Hi, it's gamer29475, and here is one of my favorite games for the GBA. Metroid Zero Mission.

Story:
This game is a remake of the original Metroid, so the story is going to be the same, save for the last stretch of the game. The story is that the evil Mother Brain is causing trouble on Planet Zebes, and Samus is sent to kill it. Simple, but what do you expect from a remake of an NES game?
4/10

Graphics:
In my opinion, these graphics are the best of the 2D Metroid games. The sprites are wonderfully redrawn, and the backgrounds and areas are faithfully recreated. From the adventurous start of Brinstar, to the fiery atmosphere of Norfair, all the areas are a beauty to look at. If I saw this without knowing it was a GBA game, I would have thought it was a DS game with how good the game looks.
10/10

Sound:
The sound in this game is great. The boss themes are fast-paced, intense, and capture the feeling of facing an evil monstrosity. The adventure themes are catchy as well, especially Brinstar's. The chase sequence's music is very intense, and catches the feeling of running away from an exploding planet.
9/10

Gameplay: This game is standard Metroid fare. But that's hardly a bad thing. Metroid is a Metroidvania style game. You explore labyrinths, looking for power ups, and the next boss. But to do that you need parts for your suit. From the essential Morph Ball, to the Speed Booster, all the power ups are necessary to beat the game. The parts are cleverly hidden, and they require true skill to get. You feel so satisfied when you hear that familiar item chime.
10/10

Addictiveness:
After you beat the game, they're are lots of advanced techniques that you may not know of. Examples are bomb hopping and shinesparking. These techniques make multiple playthroughs more fun because you can try out things you've never done before, and try alternate solutions. Thi... Read the rest of this Review
