PKMN Master Owen's Review for Pokemon Elite Emerald The graphics are pretty good for a Game Boy Game in general, this game has much to offer and is ANYTHING but as simple as the original Emerald, so far I have personally encountered no glitches in this game, from what  see for the story line so far, is the same as the original game, however, the fact you can catch ALL 386 Pokémon is impressive in its self, I can see that the creator worked hard to implement them in, I also like how much more of a challenge it is compared to the original, This game is so addicting cause there's always something to do, whether its beating a Trainer, the Elite Four, or just capturing all 386 Pokémon, The sound of the game seems the usual to me, however I rarely ever put my sound on, I would HIGHLY recommend this game to all my Pokémon loving friends, normally if someone said they found a Pokémon Emerald hack I would not bother checking it out, although if they told me everything this game had to offer, I would check it out, and I would LOVE it! I am very glad the creator of this game worked so hard on it, in my opinion, this game should be Game Of The Week, however this is my own opinion, everyone has their own opinions, I also believe this game could have a few things added to it, for instance: adding more regions (Kanto AND Johto), adding more heroes long the line (like Ash for example), ability to beat Red, and that's only to name a few things, the game itself is anything but a walk in the park, as said in the preview, Pokémon teams are changed so PokeDex is filled easier, some Pokémon are hard to find in general, I also like the way you get certain Pokémon (bring a lot of Pokeballs with on your journey, its worth it!)
