Pokemon Sapphire 09-30-12 12:08 AM |
Pokemon Sapphire Game Review Another day. another Pokemon game it seems. Sapphire does what every new Pokemon game does, adds a huge amount of Pokemon to the same game under a different name and region. This time, they add 135 new Pokemon and take you to the region of Hoenn. That brings the total Pokemon to 386. Now, this may sound a little Far'fetch'd, but I almost preferred the Pokemon games back before they were Muking around with adding more and more Pokemon. The task to catch-em-all was cool at first because it was something attainable, not to say that catching every Pokemon in these games is impossible, I just find it a bit Oddish that the way the game increases the difficulty of your achieving your catch-em-all dream is simply to add more to catch, no increase the actual gameplay difficulty. All the developers have to do is look outside for some sort of animal they can emulate in a Pokemon (Slug), slightly change the name (Slugma), and add some element effect to it, then Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, you've got yourself a new Pokemon game. I don't mean to be all Gloom and doom here. I know I'm asking for people to attach some Electrodes to me and fry me with electricity. I'm not saying this is a bad game. It's a Pokemon game, carrying over all the gameplay elements from previous games. But the Exeggcutive Director does not stray too far from the original formula. While there are some new additions (and I'll cover those in a sec, don't get your undies in a Tangela) these new additions really don't add anything substantial to the game or are underused. Basic Pokemon game goes thus: Boy (or girl) receives Pokemon, embarks on glorious quest to obtain all gym badges without Slaking, MUST BECOME THE VERY BEST. LIKE NO ONE EVER WAS! ...*cough* *cough* Pardon the throat there. I know it wasn't the best singing ever, but I've been dealing with a cold all week and have been Koffing and Weezing all day. Ouch, what a Ghastly pun. My main point is that the real core difference between on... Read the rest of this Review |

Wall Jump - To do this you should spin jump to a wall and when your character ( Samus ) touches the wall , simultaneously tap A and the direction opposite to the wall you jumped on . Pacmania 09-27-12 05:45 AM |
Pacmania Review Actually , I only played Pacmania because of the announcement made by the creator ( Davideo7 ) .. But when I played the game and lost for the very first time.. I only scored above 300,000 ,then I noticed the scores submitted to the scoreboard by jerryaberry , I then said to myself , " I don't stand a chance on winning the 10,000 viz prize .. After that , I made this review for the staff application .. How to play : The game is easy ,as soon as you know the controls .. The only thing that you will do is to escape from the ghost but also eating all the mints ( I think those were mints ) .. When you interact with a ghost (the ghosts are your enemies) you will lose a life , But there is a way for you to eat the ghosts , you should first find and eat a giant or big looking white colored sphere ,then all the ghost will become color dark blue , when they are colored dark blue they are edible .. But when they will turn back into their original color and will be dangerous again .. The main mission here is to eat all the mints .. SO GO EAT ALL THE MINTS !!! Character's Colors and skills : Pacman ( This is you ) : Can jump , eat mints , eat ghost ( but only when they are color blue ) Violet : Fast Green : Can jump black : Can jump higher Blue : The Idiot .. I don't think he has any skills Red / Pink : I think they are both normal Graphics : The graphics were great in most of the time .. But there was a time where your character and some of the ghosts ( your enemy ) is disappearing .. But totally , the graphics were great .. ( most of the time ) Sounds : The sounds were great too but it sometimes crashes .. ( If you don't encounter this problem , I think it's only because of my computer ) ..But any ways the sound was good . Addictiveness : The addictiveness of this game was good for 10000000000000 points .. But I can only give 10 points . I was very addicte... Read the rest of this Review |
Pokemon Fire Red 09-26-12 08:11 AM |
Pokemon Fire Red ( The Ultimate Review ) Pokemon Fire Red Review " Difference of leaf green and fire red " Lots of people asks " What is the different between Pokemon Fire red and Pokemon Leaf Green" or " Is Pokemon Leaf green and Fire red the same or not " . Well , Pokemon Fire Red / Leaf green is the same , they just differ on some Pokemon about 10 - 16 of them .. Here are the examples .. Fire Red : Arbok , Delibird , Ekans , Elctabuzz , Gloom , Growlithe , Odish , Psyduck , Quilfish , scyther , seadra , shellder , , skarmory , weezing , wooper. But in Leaf Green : Bellsprout , kingler , mantine , magmar , marill , misdreavous , muk , pinsir , remoraid , sand shrew , sandslash , slopoke , slowbro , Sneasel , staryou , vulpix , weepinbell , ninetails .. The chances of encounter a certain pokemon depends also on what version you are using , for example a male nidoran is more likely to appear in Fire red that in leaf green . But Leaf green and fire red are the same on most part of the game .. " Other Questions " Q: Is pressing buttons increase the catch rate of a normal pokeball ? A: No, but it makes your game play more fun when you press and hold a + b buttons rapidly .. I usually laugh when i can catch a legendary with a normal pokemon and says " Yes , pressing a + b does work " but it doesn't pure luck and only luck can catch a legendary with a normal pokeball.. Q: What is the best starter for beginners ? A : There is really no best pokemon for a starter , it depends on your patience .. If you can waste your time training with wild pokemons so pick charmander if not then pick bulbasaur if neutral pick squirtle .. But here is my choice : 1.) Squirtle 2.) Charmander 3.) Bulbasaur Q: what is the best team when your in the Elite 4 ? A : here is my choice .. When you chose charmander : Charizard Zapdoz Gyarados |
