This is a very strange species. Nor male of female, this thing can reproduce without the help of a mate. The snake like things, also refered to as "blaskas" are all connected to the base of the glerblaska and they jump off once they are fully grown, or until they feel ready to leave. As a blaska, they will begin to grow into a fully sized Glerblaska and from that, new blaska's start growing off of it. You would think that their population would be quite high, however, the blaskas usually don't survive very well alone and therefore most don't live long enough to become a glerblaska.
