 Texture Packs are a lot more simpler to create than hacking the graphics into the ROM, so I would guess that nobody would be willing to make this Texture Pack into a ROM Hack

 guyz if u want to change da controls just 2xclick the game screen then u can set them 2 ANYTHING on ur keyboard(Unless u have a N64 controlloer and adapter
