Recommend playing this hack!   iiGrinchii
Before I give the basic rate scores and why I decided to pick these rates, I would like to explain my personal opinion to why I recommend each and every user out there should take an attempt to play this game.
First, I would like to add, this game is still in beta, but even for a beta it's still kick ass. The game allows you to have the ability of finding & catching every single Pokemon between Generation I - III. Although I'm not a big fan or idolize the legendary Pokemon, this game will give those who do idolize them that chance to have them all.
Second, the story remains the same for those of you who enjoys the same story, but that does not mean the depth isn't longer? I believe by my first opinion, that being able to finally work and catch every Pokemon you want, including the trading types - Is what makes the depth more impacted.
My last opinion is not detailed in the game itself, but overall does make sense. What I mean by this is, The creators are not inactive, they are here to help and listen to your ideas and rates. I personally find that a great reason to making the game better than the rest. So thank you Creators.
Above is my opinions to why I greatly consider you all play. Below will be why I picked each rate.
Graphics "10" - The graphics are simply like any other Pokemon game out there, but that's not all! The color changes depending on the time of the day. The screen will be much darker at night, and will slowly grow brighter as you go through the morning, like reality life. During the day the screen will be brighter. Now I know what you are thinking, no not really. But there is still more, Amazing huh? Depending on what it is where you live (for me est time zone) the color will change. So for example, it's 4:30 P.M The screen is much brighter during this time. Etc. Play it and you shall find out what I mean :P.
How this helps you might ask? Well if you come on at night to play, then you know you can evolve eevee into umbreon (I hope that's the night one). Or when you come on during the day, then eevee will evolve into the other type.
Sound "10" - It's the same music as every game. And I'm not saying that's bad. The only problem is pretty much everyone who plays an emulated game, speeds it up. So sound shouldn't even be added lol. That's just my opinion. But I'm not going to give it a low rate because it has sound? Now that wouldn't be fair :(. So I am giving it a 10.
Addictiveness "5000" - Sadly I can only pick 10. When I first started playing this game, I was up for 14 hours non-stop. You may be thinking, "This kid needs a life". I actually have an excuse, it's called, "Insomnia". But, that doesn't mean this game isn't addicting!! I just want to catch them all ;) (get it hehe). I recommend the creator to put "Warning: May cause addiction" :P
Story "7" - The creator mentioned they didn't have a text application to change the story around, which I wish the creator did, but it's doesn't mean it's the end of the world. The game is great with the same old story, half the time I don't even read the story. Lol.
Depth "10" - Why? All the Pokemon from Generation I - III of course!! You can buy items you were never able to buy! The game challenges you to get more money and more money aha. The game is much bigger because you have such a wide variety. You can even evolve the trading type Pokemon. That's the best. Alakazam baby ;)
And Difficulty "7" - Pokemon for me is never a difficult challenge, due to hardcore training plus speed up. The wild Pokemon battles are a bit tougher but I was hoping for a challenge, kind of disappointing. I do suggest to the creators to possibly increase the difficulty, not hardcore tough, but a bit stronger. Although I wouldn't mind. Example; Increase the gym battles levels.
So yeah, that sums it up. I hope this rating will give you a good idea of what to expect. I also hope you really do give it a try. And even rate it after you are done playing so we can see how it affected you in this game play. I would love to see how my opinions differ from yours! (SPEAKING TO THE CROWD). Thanks for reading!.

Pokemon Emerald - Catch 'em All! Review   RocketLeader
Let's do this...Bear with me, people.
Graphics: 8
"HG/ SS animated sprites" is definetely an improvement to the normal Emerald. Since the normal Emerald graphics are only slightly better than average to me, I rate this hack an 8 concerning graphics. Although I'd like to see more graphical changes like new Tiles or changed Maps and towns.
Sound: 7
Nothing changed here. I think RSE music is fine while nothing special. 7 points here.
Addictiveness: 7
While there could've been changed more to create a new experience for players who played Emerald as often as I did, the changes are not that bad. At least, Emerald has some nice features like the Battle Frontier which can be addiciting. Combined with more catchable Pokemon than in the original games, this sure makes it more entertaining.
Story: 8
Emerald was one of the first Pokemon games which had an adequate story. For Gen3 it is totally fine. But still you(or let's say: I) always expect "hacks" to be (totally) different than Game Freak's(masterpieces :D ).
Depth: 8
Story and Addictiveness combined for me results into 8 points. Compared to Ruby and Saphire, Emerald offers much more content.
Difficulty: 8
One of the things I love hacks(and got me into hacking)is that most hacks include improved difficulty. Especially the first Generations were way too easy, that's what I think at least so it's good to have some kind of challenge.
Conclusion: The game offers what the creator wrote in the description. Nothing less, nothing more.
Good luck with your future projects(if you ever want to make a new one of course ;) )!

I would really like to know if Snubbull is obtainable in the game, because i have been searching for it over 5 hours without any marks of it exsisting.

How do I get the tickets to work?
patar4097 05-29-15 - 12:18 PM
Scyther uses a Sun Stone, Porygon evolves with happiness, Clamperl evolves at level 10 depending on whether attack or defense is higher, and Onix is also level 40.
patar4097 05-29-15 - 12:16 PM
Yes, the fossil cave is where you would get Treecko. Since there are so many different Pokemon you can get there, it's tough to find one sometimes. As for the Pokemon that normally need trades, Machamp and Alakazam need to be level 40.
lowenr 05-17-15 - 04:18 PM
How does one go about getting Pokemon that normally evolve via trade? I.e., Alakazam, Machamp, etc? Also, I have been unable to find Treecko anywhere. It should be in the fossil cave right?
patar4097 03-28-15 - 12:31 AM
You can find an Eevee in Route 112. Bulbasaur can be caught in the same cave as other starters, Altering Cave.
mlemley1 03-17-15 - 10:01 PM
Where can I find Bulbasaur and Eevee?
patar4097 08-10-14 - 10:44 AM
Both Latias and Latios can be found in Artisan Cave, like most legendaries. But if the tickets work for you, they can also be found on one of the islands you go to. These don't seem to work for everybody, though.
Pope's Toilet 07-27-14 - 05:23 PM
Where can you catch the other Lati?

I didn't even remember Goomy being in this version..... but he does not evolve. His stats are already that of a fully evolved Goodra.
timbond1 04-19-14 - 05:27 PM
My goomy didnt evolve at lv40 any suggestions why?
patar4097 04-04-14 - 07:23 AM
On VERY rare occasions, you can catch a Milotic using what I assume would be a super rod. It looks like I forgot to change the encounter rate, so it's only 1%, so it's probably easier to level up a febas.
patar4097 04-01-14 - 12:33 AM
Don't remember. I'll make sure to look it up soon.
Omskivar 03-22-14 - 03:56 PM
Alright, thanks. Milotic has a Pokedex location marker in Sootopolis City, is that accurate?
patar4097 03-14-14 - 07:58 PM
huygeb - You can start off with Cyndaquil, and get Charmander in the top left area of the Safari Zone, only with the Mach bike.
patar4097 03-14-14 - 07:57 PM
Omskivar - The only other way to get Milotic is to level up Feebas to level 70. So, if you get the duplication glitch, it could be easier than giving it good Pokeblocks.
