 To go full screen use the "mednafen" emulator and hold atl+enter on your keyboard with the game window active.

 This isn't the Phantasy star I've been looking for years for... but to be honest if i had to rate it... I would give it a 10 out of a 10... it is very addicting and I can't seem to stop lol... damn I miss these old games
