 Additionally, if you can get your hands on a copy of AM2R it's a Metroid 2 fan remake where they remade it to look like it was released for SNES. Great game.

 Metroid 2 for gameboy is a good game. Not sure why it gets so much hate. For when it was released, and the platform, it's pretty solid.

 look out because this is a hack it is very glitchy i recommend playing the original non coloured black and white version because this version has some game breaking glitches like doors changing to a soild-non passable block and then you are stuck

 i love this game on Gameboy, but i played through till the queen this time and the screen was flashing, making it impossible to shoot the queen in the mouth with the ice beam, making it impossible to beat! frustrating!
