no, if this is anything like Basscross then there's far more chips, modified crosses, and new bosses. If you play a few fights, you'll notice that you can rapidfire, and you have different chips. You're wide sword shoots a sword beam. Things like this.

As far as I can tell, the only differences between this hack & the original game is that Mega Man looks like his Starforce version, and a few things are colored differently.
