Megaman Battle Network 4 Review Klutch
Mega man Battle Network 4's graphics are actually good, and bad. In the very beginning when you're not even playing, the graphics are awful. Compared to most gba games, oh wait ha ha! They are all almost bad, except for the good Pokémon games, such as Emerald, that's a good game with good graphics. Anyway back to Mega man. The In-Battle graphics are pretty good, but when you're walking around they suck. In battle, they didn't do very much to in walking animation, oh wait HHAHAH you can't walk at all, you just appear in another spot...
The sound.... Well there isn't that much to hate about the sound except for how annoying it is when you are hit, when Mega man takes a hit it makes a very annoying noise, I can't even describe it. But compared to other gba games, this game's bg music is not awful. I actually kind of like it.
Addictiveness, this game is not addictive, never will I play that game again, hopefully. Not to offend anyone, but I really dislike the game, because there is really nothing to get addicted to, Mega man was not meant to be an RPG, EVER. Why capcom, why? Moving on.
The story, it is very terrible, I don't get why the beginning takes SO long, you have to sit there and watch 10 minutes of filler space, it's a terrible intro. Jeez. I don't like to use this word, but I hate the story. I believe the most ridiculous thing ever is in the beginning of the game when your mom has trouble with the microwave, and you have to fix it. Yeah keep looking, go ahead, I'll wait for you to find a microwave. OH she's talking about the oven, of course... Yeah cause that's what she said...Gosh.
Depth, I'm not gonna lie, this game does have good depth. There is a lot to do because it's kind of a free roamer, with boundaries. The game is big, takes like 1 day of straight play to beat it, maybe more. A good car-ride game. Not much else to say about the depth of this game other than, well it's deep.
The difficulty. This game is so easy, a baby could play it and win. It's an RPG, and as I said earlier, Mega man should never be an RPG. Do not ever make a game that shouldn't be an RPG, an RPG. It comes out looking like Mega man Battle Network 4.(SCARY) It is very easy all around, battling is just moving around avoiding attacks, staying in your blocks, and trying to hit enemies with selected weapons. PS- the controls are pretty ridiculous. The only hard thing ever, is toward the end of the game when you actually fight hard bosses, yes uncommon, but it happens. So be ready. The last boss is a... well not a good boy. So I give the difficulty a five for being so in between with the controls, and the final boss, and later bosses, so yeah it lands about in the middle.
